THESE GLOBAL WARMING EXPERTS WERE TOTALLY STUMPED BY A SIMPLE QUESTION

After American Citizens being milked by the Proponents of Global Warming and Climate Change for Trillions of National Debt Dollars to enrich themselves and increase their power to control for many years now very few latest INSIDERS' REVELATIONS AND CLOSE EXAMINATIONSof the facts regarding their claims confirms that allegedly THE GLOBAL WARMING AND CLIMATE CHANGE have been a full-fledged HOAX.
During a recent Congressional hearing on Global Warming Crisis Representative Doug LaMalfa
from California, a Farmer by trade, asked this particular Global Warming panel of Scientists a very simple question:
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE WORLD’S ATMOSPHERE IS CARBON DI-OXIDE?
After much hesitation and the looks on their faces they all said something like they did not know the correct answer?
Therefore, the Representative asked them to just take an educated guess.
The range of their guesstimated answers’ were between 5 to 8 % of the World’s total Atmosphere.
THEY WERE THEN INFORMED BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT THE HISTORICAL SCIENTIFIC AVERAGE PERCENTAGE OF CARBON DIOXIDE IN THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE WORLD IS around .04 % .
YES, YOU READ IT CORRECTLY HE SAID THE PERCENTAGE OF CARBON DIOXIDE IN THE WORLD’S ATMOSPHERE IS ‘POINT ZERO FOUR’.

(Though I do wish if only this Representative would have also shared the following with them and the rest of the following critical information about the other Gases' Percentages of the Atmosphere).
In short 99 Percent of the World's Atmosphere is Oxygen and Nitrogen.
"Gases in Earth's Atmosphere
