U.S. Judge Amy Totenberg commissioned Professor Halderman, a very reputable Democrat not a friend of Donal Trump based on his articles over the years, a Computer Science Professor who specializes in Elections' Electronic Voting Machines' and Equipment's Hardware and Software only, not the Computer Systems Source Code, because neither he or his team members were give the access to review any Versions of Computer Source Codes by the suppliers, to concentrate on the SECURITY, ACCURACY, VULNERABILITY TO DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN HACKERS AND POLITICAL AGENTS, of the above mentioned machines and equipment and not on the VOTER FRAUD ISSUES. After he and his team of specialist complete their audit they prepared the above mentioned Report for the Judge to review. After she complete her review sealed the access to the report and as mentioned earlier with an statement something like " releasing the report will only give the Election's Deniers more fodder.".
Summary Statement issued by Professor Halderman basically stated "Electronic Elections and Voting Machines should not be used to conduct Elections they are too vulnerable for Hackers and almost impossible to conduct thorough Electronic Forensic Audits and Verification of the Reported Elections' Results and also because here are no PAPER AUDIT TRAILS that are ever are available.
