Summary Statement issued by Professor Halderman basically stated “Electronic Elections and Voting Machines should not be used to conduct Elections they are too vulnerable for Hackers and almost impossible to conduct thorough Electronic Forensic Audits and Verification of the Reported Elections’ Results and also because here are no PAPER AUDIT TRAILS that are ever are available.
