America Is Fighting Back Against The Tyrannical Administration.

America stood silent and watched in awe as Joe’s vaccine policy was enforced via an OSHA emergency temporary standard. Having implemented this emergency standard, companies with over 100 employees will be paying that $14,000/mo fine (per unvaccinated person). Companies complying with OSHA standard are not responsible for providing COVID testing, so i’d assume that’ll come out of our pockets as well. This is some very sloppy work by the tyrants, and honestly I would have expected them to be a little more cunning. I suppose social engineering everyone to be braindead worked well enough for all this to happen in the first place.

Below is the summary of the mandate provided by The Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

“The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is issuing an emergency temporary standard (ETS) to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers (100 or more employees) from the risk of contracting COVID-19 by strongly encouraging vaccination. Covered employers must develop, implement, and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, with an exception for employers that instead adopt a policy requiring employees to either get vaccinated or elect to undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work in lieu of vaccination.”

“OSHA has also determined that an ETS is necessary to protect unvaccinated workers from the risk of contracting COVID-19 at work, as discussed in Need for the ETS (Section III.B. of this preamble). At the present time, workers are becoming seriously ill and dying as a result of occupational exposures to COVID-19, when a simple measure, vaccination, can largely prevent those deaths and illnesses. The ETS protects these workers through the most effective and efficient control available – vaccination – and further protects workers who remain unvaccinated through required regular testing, use of face coverings, and removal of all infected employees from the workplace.”

Here’s the thing, the OSHA standards state that the vaccine mandates are necessary for the protection of the unvaccinated. But they’re acting as if our objections to the nature of the vaccine aren’t worth consideration. That’d be because they’re the opposing force. A globalist agenda is being ushered in by these tyrants and it’s pretty hard to miss. Which is why i’m baffled at the sight of America asleep with their phones in their hands. Not noticing that their futures are at stake.

Luckily, many Americans have been watching the increasingly oppressive nature of our governing forces tighten their grip on society. So they’ve decided to fight back. Hundreds of thousands are to protest against the OSHA loophole mandate during a nationwide strike starting from Nov. 8 to Nov. 11. If i wasn’t a firm believer in biblical prophecy, i’d say that the globalist agenda is currently being rejected world wide. But as the story unfolds, we’ll see the true nature of world leaders.

The United Nations, World Economic Forum, and let’s not forget Lucis Trust, are guiding humanity’s perception for the future to be a godless one. Society is already primed with pagan influence since the entertainment industry disguised itself as innocent “art”. Which led to the idolatry we see today, people passing away from asphyxiation at concerts to hear a single man shout garbage with auto-tune.

Luckily, some Americans are aware that freedom is a God given right, and not given by elected officials. The attorneys general of 27 states have filed federal lawsuits challenging a vaccine mandate for employers issued by the Biden administration.

Lawrence Gostin, a professor at Georgetown University Law Center and director of the World Health Organization’s center on health law, said the half-century-old law that created OSHA gives it the power to set minimum workplace safety measures. “I think that Biden is on rock-solid legal ground,” he said.

What Mr. Gostin is failing to understand is that the question isn’t about technicalities and interpretation; The question is wether or not it is unconstitutional. Because it is a very clear line, and once it’s crossed we may as well hand over our God given rights if we don’t plan to defend them.

Other coalitions of states also filed lawsuits Friday: Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, Utah in the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals; Kansas, Kentucky, Idaho, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and West Virginia in the Cincinnati-based 6th Circuit; and Alabama, Florida and Georgia in the Atlanta-based 11th Circuit. Later Friday, Indiana filed in the Chicago-based 7th Circuit.

Effectively the ethical basis of the argument against the mandate is that for one, it is wildly unconstitutional. secondly, it goes beyond the limited power and specific responsibilities of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
