States already trump the feds. Marijuana remains federally outlawed. However, several states legalize its distribution, sale, and use. Not sure SCOTUS will get upset with that. They cherry-pick. So SCOTUS is political and weaponized. This decision should be ignored!
Illegals have no Constitutional rights. TX will continue notwithstanding the verdict.
The Supreme Court ruled that illegal aliens have constitutional rights, thus governments that desire to maintain their borders must let them in. Texas must be watched. Due to their constitution and pre-US republic status, they can split from America at any time. They seem to be being pressured to abandon defending their borders and citizens against this Biden Administration-sponsored invasion.
Texas will demand sand pounding from the government. Remember Alamo?
