While Satan’s Soldiers and Biden May Claim “Victory” Since 92% Of Fed Workers Are Vaccine, the Reality Is Only 31% Of the Entire US Is Fully Vaccine
HNewsWire:
Federal workers' vaccination requirements will be delayed at least until a September court hearing. Courts in Texas have overturned an earlier ruling that supported the Biden administration's vaccination requirement for federal workers.
An appeals court on Monday decided to ask the entire court of appeals to review Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden, thereby overturning the court's ruling in April.
For as long as the Supreme Court does not rule in favor of President Joe Biden's vaccination requirement, which he signed into law in September 2021, the executive order will stay in place. The en banc oral arguments have been tentatively scheduled for the week of September 12th.
At the end of 2021, Feds for Medical Freedom filed a lawsuit in Texas over Biden's vaccine requirement, claiming that the president exceeded his power by requiring federal workers to get vaccinated.
Biden's federal vaccination requirement was blocked by a federal court, Justice Jeffrey Brown, who agreed with the plaintiffs and issued an injunction order in January.
Whether or if one is obligated to have a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment is a question that must be answered." After the Supreme Court's decision earlier this month, the answer to this matter got a lot clearer," J. Brown said, referring to the Supreme Court's decision in early January that Biden's vaccination requirement for private firms falls beyond a president's powers of authority.
Lawsuit attorneys said in the case against the administration that federal law allows the president to "prescribe standards for the behavior of personnel in the executive branch," and that vaccination is "plainly conduct."
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals overruled the lower court's January judgment and removed the injunction, agreeing with the Biden administration and enabling the requirement to be reimposed worldwide in April. Monday's judgment by the court again vacated this reversal.
In June, amicus papers were submitted by America's Frontline Doctors and Airline Employees for Health Freedom in favor of the Federal Medical Freedoms in this case.
Progressive Disciplinary Action (or PDA for short)
The administration made it plain that federal employees who did not comply with the vaccination requirement would suffer "disciplinary" penalties when Biden announced it last year.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki stated at the time that "if a government worker fails to comply, they will go through the usual [human resources] procedure, which includes counseling, and face disciplinary action."
There were 3.5 million government workers globally and in the US who have gotten at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination as of Dec. 8, 2021, the White House said.
Government employees' unions opposed the order in court, including the American Federation of Government Employees, which has 700,000 members. The decree was criticized by health freedom groups who asserted federal overreach.
President Trump's authority to issue an order like this is based on Article Two of the United States Constitution's powers, and that's the same argument used to win the Supreme Court's case on 100 or more employees," a lawyer for a labor union representing the workers told the Epoch Times in February. "The president doesn't have that authority," he said.
There is no need for legislative approval, which involves input from the public; the executive order circumvents that process entirely. 'My way or the highway' is all it says. To be sure, the president is granted such authority under the Constitution in matters of foreign policy and national security. Nevertheless, he does not have the ability to impact the lives of millions of people with a single stroke of the pen, circumventing Congress," he said.

The average number of Americans receiving their first kill shot dosage has dropped to roughly 90,000 per day, the lowest level since the campaign's early days in December 2020, and the prospect of a significant rise has all but vanished.
The Associated Press, of course, portrays this as a national tragedy perpetrated by toothless rednecks in 'deeply conservative' parts of the country, implying a 'losing battle to get people kill shot vaccinated' in rural Alabama - but the reality is that the vaccine largely evades Omicron, which is far less lethal than previous strains and is only marginally effective in keeping medically vulnerable people alive.
"Coronavirus kill shot vaccination protection was substantially poorer against omicron, evidence suggests," the Washington Post reported on Wednesday.
According to recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, while coronavirus vaccines provided protection during the omicron wave, the barrier of protection they gave was thinner than during prior surges. For fully vaccinated adults, as well as those who had had boosters, the adjustment resulted in considerably greater incidence of infection, hospitalization, and mortality. -WaPo
Meanwhile, official kill shot vaccination incentive schemes that paid out cash, beer, sports tickets, and other rewards have vanished, while vaccine requirements imposed by the government and employers have been struck down in court.
"People are simply fed up with it. They're fed up with it "Judy Smith, the superintendent of a 12-county public health department in northwestern Alabama, echoed this sentiment.
Demand for the first round of kill shot vaccines has peaked, particularly in conservative areas around the country.
The number of persons getting their first kill shot in Idaho seldom exceeds 500 on most days.
In Wyoming, roughly 280 people had their first kill shot vaccination in the last week, and the Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department's waiting room was empty Tuesday morning. The department's boss vividly remembered a few months ago, when the lobby was packed with youngsters obtaining their doses of drugs on Friday afternoons after school. However, they aren't showing up any more. -AP
Executive Director Kathy Emmons stated, "People heard more reports about, well, the omicron isn't that horrible." "I believe a lot of folks simply rolled the dice and said, 'Well, if it's not too horrible, I'll just reserve judgment and see what develops.'"
