Drag Queen Story Time Canceled On Overseas U.S Air Force Base.

After a Republican lawmaker demanded the performance be withdrawn, an overseas US Air Force Base canceled a children’s storytime hour program featuring a drag queen.

After Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) wrote to Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall on May 26 pushing him to reject what he called “public-funded propaganda,” the Ramstein US Air Force Base in Germany canceled the program originally scheduled for June 2 dubbed “Drag Queen Story Time.”

“I encourage you to cancel this politically controversial event as soon as possible, and to take appropriate disciplinary action against everyone involved in facilitating this terrible misuse of government funds to place youngsters in a sexualized setting,” Rubio writes.

The event, which was set to take place at the military base’s Ramstein Library and feature drag queen Stacey Teed, was supposed to commemorate June as “pride month.”

The now-deleted event notice on Facebook said, “We’re celebrating Pride Month at the Ramstein Library with Drag Queen Storytime!” “Join us as we welcome special guest reader Stacey Teed to the show!” Make sure you’re dressed in your brightest, most colorful clothing!”

The event was later canceled, according to an Air Force official.

On May 29, a spokeswoman for the 86th Airlift Wing informed The Post Millennial that “an advertising was placed to the base library social media page before the event had passed Ramstein’s established protocols for special observance coordination and permission.”

“The event has been canceled due to the removal of the advertisement.” Ramstein leaders seek to create an inclusive culture in which everyone is treated with decency and respect, regardless of their political beliefs, skin color, or sexual orientation. According to the spokeswoman, “the base’s existing systems will guarantee that any future special observance events are appropriately evaluated and authorized prior to marketing.”

Rubio wrote that the goal of military bases, such as schools and libraries, is to serve the needs of service personnel and their families, and that the purpose of facilities on these bases, such as schools and libraries, is to support the needs of service members and their families.

“These facilities play an even more essential role in the lives of our servicemembers and their families on locations beyond the continental United States (OCONUS),” Rubio stated. “In light of this, Ramstein [Air Force Base] is totally ridiculous for using on-installation resources for ceremonies like ‘Drag Queen Story Time.'”

Events like the Ramstein Library’s “Drag Queen Story Time” are “very polarizing,” according to Rubio, since they expose children to individuals who are “deliberately and blatantly sexualized.”

“As I hope you may agree,” the congressman stated, “decisions about children and their bodies should be left to families and dads serving our country, not mediated via publically financed propaganda on US Air Force bases.”

In San Francisco, queer author Michelle Tea was the first to organize “Drag Queen Story Hour” events in 2015. The gatherings usually comprised an adult man masquerading as a woman giving youngsters aged 3 to 8 years old queer-related stories.

According to Rubio, novels like “The Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish, Swish, Swish” are examples of things exhibited at these events.

“The book’s creator stated that they developed it so that youngsters might “experience the wonder of drag and get a little practice swaying their hips or shimmying their shoulders to know how they can feel great inside of their own bodies,” according to Rubio.

“The last thing parents serving their country overseas should be concerned about, especially in a theater where geopolitical tensions are high, is whether their children are being exposed to sexually charged stuff just because they went to the library,” the congressman continued.

This is a thing of nightmares; Nobody in their right mind would send a drag queen into a school and expose these children to sexually explicit behavior. These are the acts of a military official who knew for a fact that what they were doing was morally wrong. This story is far too outlandish to not result in a top down investigation into the people involved and their motives. The reality here, from a Christian perspective is that sin has made its way into every conceivable governing body in the United States of America.

We’re talking about outright denial of all things holy. The excuse used for heinous acts like these is likely that children may ‘feel like they were born in the wrong body’. That’s not how consciousness works; A child isn’t going to be that interested in it’s gender when there are far more intriguing things to learn about. Attempted ideological hijacking of the youth is what this is. People know good and well that there are parents out there that believe these conversations should be had between them and the child only.

Yet, they press forward; Claiming to be fighting for their rights, as they trample ours. Life isn’t about being the center of attention. It’s about your contribution to the environment around you. Matthew 7:16-20 says “You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.” Stay inquisitive in the word of God, and the world around you.

The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is “extremely concerned” about the number of toddlers in the United Kingdom who are having difficulty communicating as a result of frequent lockdowns.

Therapists and charities are concerned about a rapid loss in speech and motor abilities, with language treatment requests tripling. Children (and adults) receive speech and language therapy to assist them in communicating.

The RCSLT’s chief executive, Kamini Gadhok, told the Telegraph that its members are “extremely concerned” about the number of children who are having difficulty communicating, and that member therapists are unable to meet demand.

“The larger the difference by the time the child is five,” she explained, “the more difficult it is to bridge.” Without early help, Gadhok said, young children are considerably more likely to develop emotional and behavioral difficulties.

According to assessments, one in every five children does not achieve expected requirements by the age of two and a half, with thousands more likely to require speech and language treatment.

It’s very hard to watch these parents believe that they’re doing the right thing by sending their kids to school masked and incapable of learning social cues. To vaccinate these children is a whole other level of deranged, as the data has never suggested that these children require such inoculations.
