Navy Seals Granted Religious Exemption To Mandatory COVID-19 Inoculations. What About The Rest Of Service Members?

On Feb. 28, a federal appeals court dismissed President Joe Biden’s administration’s effort to partially lift the moratorium on the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for a subset of Navy SEALs.

A federal judge stopped the mandate’s implementation for 35 Navy members, many of whom are SEALs, in January, stating that the Navy created a procedure for adjudicating religious exemption applications, “but by all accounts, it is theater,” according to the judge.

The Navy has given no religious exemptions at the time of the judgement. It has still not given any as of Feb. 23.

Officials urged the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to let the military to consider the 35 members’ lack of vaccinations when deciding “deployment, assignment, and other operational decisions.” “Forcing the Navy to deploy plaintiffs while they are unvaccinated endangers the success of essential operations and puts the health and safety of other service members in jeopardy,” they claimed.

The request was denied by a three-judge panel of the court, which noted the disparity in how the branch has handled medical and religious exemption requests.

“Hundreds of medical exemptions from vaccination restrictions have been granted by the Navy, allowing service personnel to apply for medical waivers and become deployable. “However, it has not accommodated any religious objection to any vaccine in the last seven years, thus barring individuals seeking such accommodations from ever being evaluated for medical waivers,” the panel said.

According to the judges, there appears to be no template for accepting petitions, but there is a template form for disapproving requests. During the process, Navy officials wrote to Vice Admiral John Nowell, requesting that he reject all exemption requests, including those based on “sincerely held religious views.”

According to the panel, the Navy has “essentially stacked the deck against even those exemptions endorsed by Plaintiffs’ immediate commanding officers and military chaplains,” underlining the futility of seeking exemptions. Furthermore, allowing 35 unvaccinated personnel to deploy would not jeopardize military operations because over 5,000 other unvaccinated troops are still on duty, they claimed.

According to the judgement, “Defendants have not proven ‘paramount interests’ that warrant vaccinating these 35 Plaintiffs against COVID-19 in contravention of their religious convictions.”

Judges Edith Jones, a Reagan candidate, Stuart Duncan, a Trump nominee, and Kurt Engelhardt, a Trump nominee, made up the panel.

First Liberty Institute’s director of military relations, Mike Berry, expressed gratitude for the verdict on behalf of the plaintiffs.

“The expulsion of religious service members not only damages morale, but it also jeopardizes America’s national security.” In a statement, Berry said, “It’s past time for our military to uphold its constitutional commitments and provide religious accommodations for service members who have genuine religious objections to the vaccine.”

The preliminary injunction was issued by George W. Bush nominee U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor, who has yet to rule on a motion to extend the preliminary injunction to all Navy members seeking a religious exemption. In February, he received arguments from both sides.

With that being said, when our God given rights are at stake, it is probably best to question the integrity of those who propose the removal of such rights. In summary, if you’re not a “conspiracy theorist” you probably aren’t asking very many questions about the world around you.

In Matthew chapter 10, Jesus tells his apostles they have been given power over unclean spirits, and sends them out to spread the word. Let’s be real here, most of the conspiracies pertaining to the elite are real. We are much more important than they want us to believe. The only people that are PUSHING the vaccine upon you, are the ones of opposing theological beliefs. When you wake up to that you’ll realize the lines aren’t blurred, they’re clear; And they’re being crossed.

Most have been dragged so far away from God but still claim to be Christians. They’ll come around, they just need to be persecuted more. Because until we realize that society is developing into something that we cannot fit into, we cannot focus on how we can lay our treasures in heaven (Matthew 6:19). Pat King, a vociferous protester who took part in the large-scale “Freedom Convoy” protest in downtown Ottawa in recent weeks in opposition to government COVID-19 regulations and limitations, has been denied bail by an Ontario court.

King, who was arrested in Ottawa on Feb. 18, is charged with mischief, assisting in the conduct of mischief, assisting in the commission of the offence of violating a court order, and assisting in the obstructing of police.

He is frequently mentioned in the media as one of the organizers of the Freedom Convoy demonstration, and his Facebook profile has over 350,000 followers.

At a news conference on Feb. 6, Keith Wilson, a lawyer from the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms who represents the organizers, made it clear that King is not one of them.

Wilson acknowledged that “we have numerous persons in the forums claiming to be speakers and representatives,” saying, “These folks [the protest organizers] and Freedom Convoy have no affiliation with Mr. King whatsoever.”

On Feb. 25, Justice of the Peace Andrew Seymour expressed his doubts that King, if released, would not commit crimes comparable to those for which he is charged.

In his decision, Seymour stated that the Crown’s evidence “paints a portrait of an individual who has a clear desire to continue his protest and is unconcerned about the repercussions.”

King does not need to be in Ottawa to conduct more crimes, according to Seymour, because he can interact with other demonstrators or his large Facebook following.

Seymour also expressed doubts about King’s prospective surety, Kerry Komix, an Alberta lady who has known King for four weeks and had traveled to Ottawa to participate in the convoy protest.

Komix’s link to a convoy crypto token aimed at generating donations for protestors who stayed in the capital’s core, according to the justice of peace, suggests she may have had an organizer role in the convoy.

Other key individuals associated with the convoy, including organizers Tamara Lich and Chris Barber, as well as supporter Daniel Bulford, a former RCMP member working on logistics, security, and safety issues on the ground in Ottawa in support of the Freedom Convoy, were ordered not to have contact with King.

On February 22, Lich, who was detained in Ottawa on February 17, was denied bail.

Barber, who was detained on the same day as Lich, was granted bail on Feb. 19 for his role in the downtown Ottawa protest.

Bulford was detained on February 18 and released with no charges 12 hours later.

Trudeau has truly outdone himself this time by pointing his finger back at his citizens, claiming that the problem is their yearning for medical autonomy. Perhaps citizens wouldn’t be disrupting the economy if globalist sell outs like Trudeau, Fauci, Newsom, Inslee, and Pelosi weren’t imposing tyrannical COVID-19 legislation on their people. This agenda inherently defies the will of God, and will no doubt come with divine consequence.
