There is a website I frequent that has been writing on the issue of how the Baptists and others are becoming more and more apostate. As I read the articles I notice that what they have concluded are the reasons for this really miss the mark. Because what they don’t get is that what has caused this, especially in the case where many churches baptist and otherwise have begun to accept homosexuality and other things that are part of what is known as the social justice movement, is the fact that these so-called “churches” were already apostate before they began accepting the sodomite culture.
In one of their more recent stories, it is shown that the author has yet to touch on the basic reason for this apostasy. For in it the author makes this statement about the churches that he believes are apostate. He wrote, “Yet their obligatory theological “statements ” remained within the bounds of biblical orthodoxy while the political rhetoric is also presented in a twisted biblical narrative.”
This statement is terribly flawed. Because these “churches” had left behind any semblance of the “theological orthodoxy” of the prophets and the apostles centuries before what we are currently witnessing. For the apostasy has been ongoing since the time of Augustine, Luther, and Calvin. Proof of this is the fact that Paul taught that a giving over to a reprobate mind(Rom.1:28) that results in a sodomite culture, is based on their first being in idolatry. Not the other way around.
From vs.26,27 of Rom.1 we see Paul saying “For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise, also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.”
So the reason the so-called “church” seems to have been “infiltrated” with these seemingly new positions on doctrine is that the so-called “church” had centuries ago rejected true Biblical orthodoxy given to it by Jesus, the prophets, and the apostles. And she has rejected them for the false doctrines of Augustine as orthodoxy as far back as the early 400’s ad. Because his teachings on “original sin” and “necessity” betray the orthodoxy once given to the saints. And turn the Biblical need for the atonement, and our understanding of who God and Jesus are, on its head. Which laid the groundwork for the apostasy that continues unabated until this time as Paul said it would because they love not the truth in 2Thes.2. And John said it would because they are deceived by the spirit of antichrist in 1John4:1-3 and 2John1:7-11.
This is why the so-called “evangelical protestant church” has always been the daughter of the harlot RCC. It is caused by her adherence to and promotion of these doctrines from the harlot rcc’s doctor of theology Augustine. Who along with his adherents Martin Luther and John Calvin have brought these heresies to the “church” through her “seminaries” and “evangelical protestant churches” that teach this heresy? Which in turn is why we see the LGBTQ-ing of the “church”.
So Paul says the apostasy comes first. Because it is only in apostasy, the worship of idols, that the LGBTQ-ing has a place to flourish. This is why Jesus taught, “When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.”(Luke11:24-26).
In this, we see that the groundwork for apostasy is laid. Because the man has not filled his house with the truth. But, has instead left it “swept and garnished”. This is the deception of satan. What John referred to in 1John4:1-3 as the “spirit of antichrist”. And when the unclean spirit sees the house empty of truth he returns with unclean spirits worse than himself to live in the man again because there was no truth for the man to defend against them doing so as Eph.6:10-20 says we who do know the truth can. So that the condition of the man is worse at the end than it was at first.
We must understand that this is what Paul was referring to when he said in Rom.1 that idolatry because of apostasy is the environment that must be present for the sodomite culture to prosper. He said, “Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:”
When Paul writes “For this cause” he makes it clear that idolatry is the circumstances where the sodomite culture prospers. Not the other way around. This makes it of utmost importance for those who believe that they are in Christ and who believe they know the truth to “examine yourselves to see whether you be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye, not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?”. 2Cor.13:5.
Because the “church” that believes the doctrines of “original sin” and “necessity” that Augustine taught is an apostate church. An idolatrous church. A reprobate church. And not the true church founded by Jesus at all. A church that is ripe for the sodomite culture to come in and take over. As we see happening even now in so much of these so-called “churches” today.
You can avoid the idolatrous nature of the church today by using this as your anthem as so much of the early church did. Men are not made sinners by nature, they are made sinners by choice. Understanding that it is our own choices that make us accountable before God. Not someone else’s.
With this as your anthem, none of the fiery darts of the devil will get through your armor. Because you will see the lies of satan that have taken the so-called “church” into apostasy, things I previously covered in my 6 part series of messages here at this website, coming from a mile away.

So if you do not know Him please take the time right now to pray and confess Jesus as Lord of your life. And believe that He has raised from the dead. In doing this, and really mean it, you will be saved from death to life. From sin to righteousness. And from the wrath to peace with God. Because when you trust in Jesus you leave the old life behind where you trusted in idols that end with death reigning for all eternity, and now trust in Jesus who Himself is eternally the only WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE

It is our job to preach the Gospel to every creature without preference or discrimination. Some people ask what churches are doing to reach the so-called “gay” community. I despise the thought of how our society has corrupted good words like “gay” and twisted them to glorify iniquity. However, I will tell you what we are doing. We are preaching the gospel to every creature, which would not exclude those in that or any other sin. Some ask how we are addressing those with sexual identity issues and once again I answer by saying we are commissioned to preach the Gospel; which is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ to every creature, and not one particular segment of sinners.

Because the true church is justified by the faith of Christ. Not by His works. The true church knows that men are not sinners by nature, but by choice. The true church knows the love of God that has been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. And that it is by this love that we make our choices, and not by what the law says. There has always been a remnant that is the true church. And that remnant is there “according to the election of grace. And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.”Rom.11:5,6
The job of churches is not to find a solution for dealing with a certain “special” group of sinners. “For the wages of sin is death…” The Scripture does not say, “sins” but it does say, “sin” in the singular. God’s emphasis for salvation was on the sin nature whose by-product is the plurality of “sins.” When we group sins we are unable to deal properly with the sin nature of man. Our eyes are then off of the prize. Confront the sin condition first and then deal with the sins.
Man does not need a sin nature to be able to choose to sin. If he did then God created Adam a sinner by nature. But, because God said that it was “very good” when He was done creating we know Adam was not a sinner by nature. Yet he was able to sin. Because all that is needed for that is free will and temptation. Which is why Adam could choose to sin… or not. And why his progeny can choose to sin…. or not.
For there to be a sin nature Adam must have had a sin nature. But, there is not one mention of that anywhere in the Bible. In fact, the only change the Bible says happened in Adam after he ate the fruit is a new knowledge that God says made the man “as one of us to know good and evil”. So unless you believe that by Adam becoming “as one of us” made him a sinner by nature there is no reason to believe he became one. And since the Bible is clear that he did not have a sin nature, but instead became “as one of us”, then neither do any of his descendants.
We should not elevate sin as a lifestyle. Sin is bondage not a lifestyle. It is a mistake to call the sins of men a lifestyle when the Bible says the wages of sin is death. Maybe we should call it the “gay deathstyle.” When we acknowledge it as though it is acceptable, we make the sin exceedingly less sinful, which is the exact opposite of how it should be treated. You do not win men by coddling men in their sins, but by convicting men of their sins because of their sin nature. That is accomplished through the foolishness of preaching the truth of the Words of God.
Born-again Christians are in a difficult position today in America. The more that our American culture deteriorates into wickedness and Godlessness, the greater the contrast between the wicked and the righteous. One of our text verses from Proverbs 29:27 teaches that the contention between the unjust and the just (i.e., the wicked and the righteous) is permanent. The apostate churches today that are approving same-sex marriages are wicked in God’s eyes. The Bible says that the wicked are an abomination to the just. Religious people who accept the homosexual community are unrighteous themselves!!!
Proverbs 15:9, “The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD:
but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness.”
Sin is a choice. A choice to either believe in Jesus or not as Jesus said in John16:9. Any behaviors that go along with these choices are by products of that choice. And the choice to reject Jesus puts man in the position of only being able to relate to what has been made. Because then man remains natural, only equipped to relate to what has been made, and not spiritual as Paul said all men are(1Cor.15:40-50). Which is why the death that passed to all men in Rom.5:12 caused all to sin. And not the other way around.
The wages of sin is death is the Old Testament side of Rom.6:23. It is a paraphrase that Paul got from Ez.18:20. The New Testament side is “But the gift of God is eternal life”. In this passage Paul was telling those who were under the law(Israelites) that as long as they remain under the law they would remain under death’s power. This is why he called the law written on stone “the ministration of death” in 2Cor.3:7. And “the ministration of condemnation” in 2Cor.3:9. So Paul told them that if they would be dead to the law so that they could be joined with Jesus they would be free from the law’s condemnation and have eternal life. Rom.6:23-7:4. Which is why Paul wrote that “The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death”.Rom.8:2.
All this means is that religious people have their focus on the wrong thing. They think bad behavior is the main issue when Paul clearly teaches that it is not. Because men must first be delivered from their idols to the true and living God. Then and only then are they free by the Spirit birth to learn to live as the love of God shows us to. Rom.5:1-5 and 1Cor.13.
On June 26, 2015 the Godless U.S. Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriages are now legal in all 50 states. It is wickedness! It is a sad day in America! Proverb 29:2, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” The truth is that most Americans are against same-sex unions, but heathen Freemasons, liberals and Communists have taken over our country, demoralizing our youth in an attempt to turn our land into a secular state completely devoid of God. This is necessary for the New World Order to succeed, because Christianity is the biggest enemy of evil. (And may I say, there is no such thing as a “homosexual marriage” in God’s eyes, because two people of the same sex cannot consumate a marriage as male and female.) Homosexuality is a filthy abomination in the sight of God!!!
That is very true. You won’t get any argument from me regarding the fact that homosexuality is an abomination to God. But it, like all gross behaviors, is a symptom of the problem. And not the basic problem itself. Because it is by men being delivered from death to life by trusting in Jesus as Lord and believing that He has raised from the dead that the renewing process that Paul described in Rom.12:1,2 may begin. A renewing process that convinces man that it is right to behave in accordance with the self sacrificing love of God that is shed abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit(Rom.5:1-5). So that we begin to love one another as God has loved us. Instead of living only by the “very good” self preserving desires of the man who is only natural that God put in us when He created Adam. Gen.1:31.
