States Sue Satan Soldiers at Biden Regime for ‘Pressuring and Colluding’ With Big Tech to Censor Free Speech

Attorneys general from two Republican-led states have filed a lawsuit against Satan Soldier Biden, White House press secretary Jen Psaki, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and other top administration officials, accusing them of allegedly pressuring and colluding with social media giants with the goal of censoring and suppressing free expression.

The complaint was filed on April 5 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, according to separate announcements released on Thursday by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.

In their lawsuit, the attorneys allege that Biden and other government officials collaborated with big tech companies such as Meta, Twitter, and YouTube to censor discussion on topics ranging from COVID-19 and election integrity to the Hunter Biden laptop story, all under the guise of combating "misinformation."

Other individuals listed in the case include Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, and Nina Jankowicz, the executive director of the Department of Homeland Security's newly constituted "Disinformation Governance Board," among others.

Additionally named as defendants are the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Xavier Becerra, and Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Jennifer Easterly.

On Thursday, attorney Schmitt emphasized the importance of freedom of expression, which he described as "paramount to a healthy society." He also stated that "discourse, debate, and discussion have been the cornerstone of our country since the Founders codified that right in the Bill of Rights," according to the lawsuit.

"In blatant violation of the First Amendment and the freedom of expression, the Biden Administration has been involved in a pernicious effort to both encourage social media companies to control and restrict speech and cooperate directly with those platforms to accomplish that censorship in a misguided and Orwellian campaign against' misinformation,'" Schmitt stated, referring to George Orwell's dystopian book about a totalitarian society, 1984.

Schmitt added that the case, which was filed on Thursday, expressly accuses Biden and other government officials of conspiring with huge Internet firms to suppress "truthful material connected to the lab-leak hypothesis, the effectiveness of masks, election integrity, and other topics," off the internet.

Biden and other officials, as well as digital companies like Twitter, are accused of "falsely" decrying the Hunter Biden laptop tale as "disinformation," according to the document.

As a result of threats of adverse government action, the lawsuit alleges that the federal government violated the First Amendment rights of Missourians, Louisianans and Americans. The lawsuit also claims that the federal government "coerced, threatened, and pressured social-media platforms to censor disfavored speakers and viewpoints."

Consequently, the complaint claims, the defendants "are now actively conspiring with social-media platforms to restrict disfavored speakers and opinions, including by pressing them to block specific material and speakers, and "flagging" disfavored content and speakers as candidates for censorship." "These activities are in violation of the First Amendment.

The lawyers sought the court to declare that Biden and the other defendants had violated the First Amendment and exceeded their statutory power, and to order the officials to cease and desist from engaging in their "unlawful" behavior in the future.

Furthermore, they assert that the DHS and HHS officials' practices are in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946.
