New York’s Unvaccinated Citizens Protested COVID Measures at the State Capitol.

Hundreds of people rallied outside the state Capitol in protest of a slew of policies that would tighten the already severe COVID-19 vaccine requirements across the state as lawmakers returned for the 2022 legislative session.

Protesters on the west lawn of the Capitol building spoke out against New York Gov. Kathy Hochul’s policy related to the pandemic response, such as the extension of the mask mandate through Feb. 1 and the vaccine mandate for health care workers—now temporarily blocked by a judge, among other policies her administration inherited from Andrew Cuomo’s administration.

Michael Kane, the creator of NY Teachers for Choice, an advocacy group conducting a court battle over New York City’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates for public school teachers, was one of the event’s presenters. Kane told the gathering that his request for a religious exemption had been denied by the city since the Roman Catholic Church supports vaccination.

“The New York City lawyers actually said to me, because the pope recommends vaccination, Mr. Kane should be vaccinated,” said Kane. “What New York City and all of their expensive lawyers don’t know is that no man, no building, no institution stands between me and my God.”

Kane urged New Yorkers, as well as residents of other communities attempting to emulate the New York City medical tyranny, to oppose the treatment of vaccinated and unvaccinated citizens.

“The vaccine passport nonsense is spreading: Chicago, Boston, DC. We need civil disobedience from East Coast to West Coast in this country, ” he stated. “Non-violent civil disobedience is the way we do this, harking back to the civil rights movement from the 1960s: No to Segregation.”

Tramell Thompson, a New York City subway conductor and labor organizer, was another speaker. During his address, he tore his own vaccination card in a dramatic moment as he denounced the vaccine requirement for transport workers.

“We have been telling Cuomo first that there should be no mandates. Now we’re telling Hochul that, because there should be a choice,” Thompson addressed a roaring audience, “I’m fully vaccinated, but I’m against vaccine passports” he stated as he tore his vaccination card to shreds. “I don’t care.”

Several planned bills were also attacked by the activists, who claimed that they would infringe their medical freedom and parental rights. A8378 would add COVID-19 vaccines to the list of required vaccines for all schools and colleges; A2240 would require influenza vaccines for children attending daycare; A8398 would repeal non-medical exemptions to vaccines for workers and college students; and A3192 would allow anyone aged 14 and up to receive government-required or recommended vaccines without their parents’ consent.

According to The Epoch Times, a protester said he fears that if these restrictions become law, New Yorkers will significantly have less freedom.

“This is the United States of America, not Russia or China,” remarked a protestor who attended the gathering with his two homeschooled children. “We’re a free country, or at least, we used to be. It’s hard to turn the other way, and we don’t believe it.”

Another demonstrator expressed concern that the government’s campaign for vaccine mandates and other public health regulations will lead to additional limits on freedom.

I feel like we’re being coerced and forced into wearing masks and getting vaccinations, and we’re losing our freedom a bit at a time,” the protester said, adding that she supports parents’ rights to dictate medical decisions for their children. “If we don’t stand up and protect our freedoms, they’re gonna be gone and we won’t be able to get them back.”

Democratic state Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz is the sponsor of at least three of the challenged bills. Dinowitz described opponents of his measure as “anti-vaxxers” in an interview with The Journal News last year after introducing A8378. He’s literally asking to make enemies, and has no intention to empathize with unvaccinated citizens because he’s aware that he’s pushing buttons that he shouldn’t.

“I believe that it’s important, just like it’s important for kids to be vaccinated against measles and other diseases, that children are vaccinated against COVID-19,” he told the newspaper. “Anybody who doesn’t take that seriously is just living on another planet.”

It’s nice to see that citizens of New York are cognizant of the stripping of their rights, hopefully they aren’t made an example of by the globalist sell outs that would rather see these people off the map than to pay the consequences for their actions; And lets just be real, people in power have leverage to do a multitude of heinous crimes freely, as we’ve come to find out with the results of the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. In which none of her constituents we’re put behind bars. We’re labeled “conspiracy theorists” because we pay attention and notice people walking scott free for crimes against humanity while we have to struggle to pay bills.

It’s time that the rest of America wakes up and realizes that society has been asphyxiated to a point beyond return. The Marine Corps has discharged 206 Marines for failing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, according to a statement released by the DOD on Thursday.

The deadline for active-duty Marines to be completely vaccinated was Nov. 28, while the deadline for reservists was Dec. 28.

By the deadline, 95% of active-duty Marines had received at least one dose of the vaccination, while 86 percent of Reserve Marines had received the first injection.

Around 8,000 active-duty Marines and 5,000 Marine reserve soldiers might be separated as a result of their refusal to undergo the COVID-19 vaccination.

In a message to news outlets, Capt. Andrew Wood, a Marine Corps spokesperson, stated “The Marine Corps is still tracking 1,007 approved administrative or medical exemptions,”

The Marine Corps has denied 3,115 of 3,247 religious exemption applications received. The rest are still being processed, according to the statement. Some unvaccinated Marines call the discharge a “political purge.”

“There’s something fundamentally wrong at this point with our nation’s leadership,” a major with more than 17 years of active service told Fox News on the condition of anonymity. “We are facing an unconstitutional edict that I think is very targeted as a political purge, taking out some of the best and brightest soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and guardians from the Space Force.”

“I saw one package from a sergeant who had attached, like, 30 pages of material to substantiate why his belief was sincere, under no lawful obligation to do so,” the master sergeant said. “And then to have this as a response with no individual inquiry and just a generalized assertion of governmental interest is insulting.”

One of the chief warrant officers described the process of religious accommodations — or rather lack of such — as a “travesty,” and added:

These Marines claimed they were denied religious exemptions on the basis of “blanket denials,” citing “military readiness” as the major reason for denial.

The Marine Corps has yet to reply to a request for comment from The Epoch Times.

According to President Joe Biden’s recent signing of the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act into law, the discharges must be honorable or general under honorable conditions.

The Air Force, for example, has received over 10,700 religious exemption petitions despite having the earliest deadline of all branches. As of last week, 2,130 people had been turned down. The remaining 8,636 have still to be examined. None of them have been accepted.

A group of 47 Republican congressmen, led by Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La. ), have backed a lawsuit filed in federal court by a group of Navy SEALs and Navy service members seeking religious exemptions.

“Defendants’ position that a vaccine exemption combined with non-invasive precautions is sufficient for secularly exempt individuals, but insufficient for servicemen and women who simply seek to adhere to their sincerely held religious beliefs,” the lawmakers wrote in an amicus brief (pdf) filed with the court.

A political purge is the perfect way to describe what were seeing happen to these service members. Many of whom won’t know where to turn for employment considering the instability of the job market for unvaccinated individuals. Many service members are likely to wake up to the political and spiritual warfare being waged over their heads. In light of such polarization, many will be inclined to recluse and search for answers for themselves. Does that make an individual crazy? Not for the roughly 50% of the unvaccinated American population.

The internet has proved to be a place in which you can tune into various frequencies in search of a perspective that best fits your narrative. I could make up an argument on the fly and back it up with facts and statistics pertaining to my argument. With that being said, the news about COVID-19 is terrifyingly polarizing. There is a spectrum, by which all narratives of the COVID-19 agenda are carefully presented to anyone conducting research. The opposing sides of the spectrum are those who are sold on the COVID-19 pandemic, and those who aren’t sold at all.

But it becomes extremely important that we listen to our gut, when we notice that someone is eyeballing something that rightfully belongs to you. Our civil liberties are merely gods gift to man interpreted by men of power. No man, woman, government, organization, forum, or anything will prosper as a weapon against God. With that being said, when our God given rights are at stake, it is probably best to question the integrity of those who propose the removal of such rights. In summary, if you’re not a “conspiracy theorist” you probably aren’t asking very many questions about the world around you.
