If you are a LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZEN and still believe that The Republic of The United States of America is a Country and has a CONSTITUTION, it is best to start with the review of few critical facts that Office of President of the United States of America has been AFFORDED certain specific and applied rights and powers by the Constitution.
The first couple of those Presidential Rights and Powers are being royally ignored and abused by The Soro's Gang of Prosecutors, Democrats and Republican Elites to 'Demonstrate' (1) that "Trump will not run for the Office of The President and have those Rights and Powers of the Presidential Office again at the wasteful expenses and time of the American Citizens and their ever increasing National Debt
First, according to the constitutional Right and Power The Presidential Act The President of The United States of America has the right to declare which ever documents The President 'AMONG OTHER THINGS' he wants to keep as personal items and also declare a item to be Classified or Not. It is not up to the National Archive Agents, Justice or State Department to question Presidents' decision about his choices and about designating a document to be classified or not. The President has been given the full authority to also DECLASSIFY ANY DOCUMENT THAT HE WANTS TO. PERIOD.
SO WHY DO WE EVEN ASSEMBLING A GRAND JURY AND APPOINTING SPECIAL PROSECUTORS ?
Secondly, it is the responsibility of the Ex-Presidents to maintain all the documents that are removed from the White House to keep them secured and in monitored space for the sake of National Security.

Trump had all the documents in a 24/7 secured and 24/7 monitored space at his residence in Mar-A-lago. Also, in addition to that the residence is protected by the Secret Service Agents. The National Archive agents and lawyers have never questioned or disputed that fact. Nevertheless, President Trump and his lawyers were cooperating with the National Archive agents and willing to give them any document President Trump did not choose to keep. Suddenly, Biden (Soros/Obama) and Garland allegedly decided to make it a criminal case 'NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE' and sent their specially selected FBI Agents ( SAME FBI AND CIA AGENTS OBAMA AND BIDEN USED IN THE RUSSIAN HOAX) to conduct a lawless raid with a warrant from a Judge who obviously is not up to the par to know about the Presidential Powers's Act. A question must be asked of the National Archives Officers in Charge how come after 40 years they decided to look for classified documents of Trump Administration but failed to do so all these past 40 years?
Obama has thousands of boxes of the classified documents and artifacts he took when he left the White House and allegedly are at his Library in Chicago. Not sure where are they in the library or even if they are being kept in a secured and monitored space. WHERE ARE ALL THE FEDERAL CHARGES.
Biden illegally took many classified documents when he was the Vice-President. The Constitution does not give the Vice President's Office the same Rights and Powers as that of the President. Recently, it has been reported the boxes and boxes of classified documents were in his old unsecured car garage and multiple locations in China town totally insecure and to make it even worse Hunter, a person without any security Clearance ,was the liaison with the Chinese Government agents WHERE ARE ALL THE FEDERAL CHARGES AGAINST BIDEN AND HIS SON?
Bush allegedly also has classified documents at his ranch in Texas.WHERE ARE ALL THE FEDERAL CHARGES ?
Clinton allegedly also has classified documents in Arkansas. WHERE ARE ALL THE FEDERAL CHARGES ?
Thirdly, according to a recent ruling by a Federal Judge The President of The United States of America has the right to question the Election results while in Office. (2)

Why Computers should not be used for any Elections as presented by NOT ONE OR TWO BUT THREE Computer Science Professors ?
Following are the summary points made by these three most knowledgeable Computer Science Professors Dr. J. Alex Halderman (3) from University of Michigan, Dr. Walter Daugherity (4) from Texas A&M University and and Dr. Andrew Appel (5) from Princeton University, regarding the answer to the above question.

These are just some of the main points all of these highly qualified and reputable and consultants that have exposed all the Computerize Election's potential hacker's 'Paradise' and 'Vulnerabilities' during their Video Report Interviews and Court Ordered Forensic Analysis Report ; (Paraphrased from their two 49 mins each video report and a very extensive comprehensive pdf report.)
Professor Halderman's Court ordered Forensic Audit Report confirmed that the Dominion Machines used during the 2020 Elections in Georgia did not function as according to the standard of security and accuracy basically should have made the Georgia's 2020 NON- CERTIFIABLE.. The report highlighted so many examples of VOTES' MISHANDLING AND HACKING THAT the Federal Judge Ordered the Report Sealed and ordered not to be released because in her opinion it would have given the Voter Fraud Conspiracy crowd fodder to spread their theories even more.
IN MY OPINION WHAT THIS AND OTHER JUDGES HAVE BEEN DOING IS TRYING TO BURY THE TRUTH THAT BLATANT VOTER FRAUD IS HAPPENING AND THEY ARE PREVENTING ALL EFFORTS TO EXPOSE IT AND STOP IT.
CONCLUSION; THE ACTION OF THIS FEDERAL JUDGE CONFIRMED WHAT THE THREE PROFESSORS HAD BEEN STATING THAT THE COMPUTER RUN ELECTIONS ARE UNRELIABLE, UNDEPENDABLE AND ALLEGEDLY THE REPORTED ELECTIONS RESULTS ARE INACCURATE AND VERY POSSIBLY GEARED FOR A DESIGNATED CANDIDATE TO BE REPORTED AS THE WINNER.
After repeated request to the Judge to release the report Professor Halderman finally released the report (3) himself few weeks ago and his forensic teams' reported discoveries of the voting discrepancies of the 2020 Georgia's Elections.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Halderman is no fan of Donald Trump but the credit to his professionalism he issued a complete 2020 Election Report on the VULNERABILITY of Dominion Electronic Machines and Major Elections Fraud evidence.
Not surprisingly when The Dominion Electronic Voting Machine Company was presented with the all the irregularities reported in Dr. Halderman's report they quickly volunteered to update their Computer Source Codes to correct and address the various reported vulnerabilities.
MAY BE, JUST MAY BE, FOX NEWS WOULD NOW ADMIT THAT THEY TOTALLY MISSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ALSO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT VOTER FRAUD AND NOT SETTLE WITH THE DOMINION VOTING MACHINE COMPANY SO READILY. JUST SAYING.
NOW HERE IS YOUR PROOF THAT THAT REPUBLICAN ELITES IN GEORGIA (AND ELSEWHERE) WERE NOT INTERESTED, JUST LIKE THEIR DEMOCRATIC COUNTER PARTS, IN HOLDING OPEN, TRANSPARENT HONEST ELECTIONS AND NOT INCLUDING VOTES FROM DEAD PEOPLE, DUPLICATE VOTES, GHOST VOTES (8), VOTES FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE MOVED OUT STATE, FOREIGN CITIZEN'S CASTING VOTES, UNDERAGE CHILDREN VOTES AND EVEN THE FELON'S VOTES, VOTES FROM NURSING HOMES FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY NOT EVEN ABLE TO TALK OR COMMUNICATE etc.
Dominion Electronic Voting machine submitted their latest Updated Software Patch to the Georgia's Secretary of State but he is refusing to allow Georgia's Electronic Machines to be updated for the 2024 elections. Which
literally proves Georgia's 2020 and 2022 Elections were not accurate or transparent and A REPUBLICAN SOS wants the 2024 Elections still have all the same vulnerabilities, manipulation and alleged VOTER FRAUD ISSUES and inaccurate Reported Election results also in 2024.
Allegedly, the Georgia's SOS would rather see a Democrat Win in 2024 AGAIN.
SPECIAL NOTE: Audits done by volunteer Voter Fraud prevention groups like VOTER GA, TRUE TO VOTE, etc., in every Key State in 2020 found the similar reluctance of the Republican SOS and Governors not to resolve the issue of counting the obvious ineligible votes to assist their desired candidate to win a Democrat as the President of The United States of America.
These are some of the additional concerns expressed by these three Professors as to why Computers should not be used for any elections:
- The vastness of Cyber Universe's latitude between the time voters' entered data that is initially imputed or scanned until finally the Election Results are posted allows computer programmers and hackers to manipulate computer generated Election Results.
- There are so many versions and updates to the computer's source codes during the course of the election period that it is impossible to perform any Forensic Audit.
- Touch Screen version of the Ballots can be programmed to hide the actual vote's manipulation.
- Computer Elections Systems are almost impossible to perform an audit because there are no printed copies of the original ballots to compare the data with.
- Even in case of Paper Ballots that are scanned in the scanners does not provide credibility that the computer programmers have not written the code to switch the votes. Computer Programmer named Curtis admitted in 2004 during a congressional hearing that he wrote a computer program to switch votes for a Republican Candidate and succeeded in doing so. No one was able to catch him.
- During the mock election trails couple of the Professors intentionally submitted dozens of Xerox Copies of the ballots and the electronic vote scanners did not catch the fake ballots and posted the votes to the aggregate election results.
- In their forensic audits they discovered that 93 % of the voters do not even take the time to check their vote choices with the final version shown on the screen.
- Also, during the mock election trails they discovered that the original ballot votes did not always matched the electronic image of the ballots. In cases when the voter did report votes switched they ere given a new ballot.
- All three Professors recommend to use only Paper Ballots and the function to count votes at the precinct levels.
- Paper Ballots be retained until all allegations of Voter Fraud are resolved and a Forensic Elections' Audit is completed.
- The one most serious revelation reported by the Professors that during their Forensic Audit of the actual Voting Machines Computer's Hardware they found Microchip attached to the circuit boards which facilitated the internet connection via Hot Spots.
- The computer manufacturers have become so sophisticated that that they found a data transmission chip embedded within the end of the plug to the machine from the electric socket on the wall.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATION:
Even though what these three highly qualified professional Election's Computer Science experts' video report and the 2020 Georgia's Election Reports' information is sufficient in itself to REVERSE THE CERTIFICATION OF EVERY 2020 ELECTION AND to DO A' DO OVER' WITH PAPER BALLOTS AND NO MAIL-IN BALLOTS their reports did not cover many other facets of Election Voter Fraud that have been exposed and documented by volunteer Patriot Elections Organizations in almost every State.
Following is just a partial list of those few other Voter Fraud Issues that still have not been resolved:
Ballots being printed intentionally with misaligned scanner's reading marking so the ballots would be rejected and would need to go through the Adjudication Process. During this process anyone can CHANGE THE VOTER'S ORIGINAL VOTES. In the 2020 Elections the reported Adjudication average was 68 %. Federal Adjudication Standard is less than 1 %.
- Ballots were printed in different color ink so the Vote Defrauders could easily spot Republican Ballots and not deliver the ballots.
- With the Voter Registration Data available to Left leaning organizations like E.R.I.C and SALESFORCE and
the knowledge that vast number of individuals do not always vote enable them to pre-print Ballots and get them completed in favor of their candidates and shipped them to staging areas. With the actual voting data being transmitted to news organization on the Election Day the Voter Fraud Specialist plug in their prepared Mail-In Ballots to the Polling Processing centers. Security videos from Atlanta, Georgia on the night of November 3rd, 2020 and Detroit Michigan captured designated poll processors accessing huge number of mail -in ballots. Besides, the above mentioned facts thousands of voter were told they already voted on the Election Day when actually they had not like in previous years.These and other video are still available despite most have been deleted since 2020. - Unusual failure of number of voting machines malfunction in the Republican Polling stations accompanied with running out of Ballots. Which caused long lines of frustrated voters who left without voting at all.
- UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE WAS CAUGHT IN COLLUDING WITH THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IN SHIPPING AND STORING PRE-PREPARED MAIL-IN BALLOTS FROM STATES TO THE KEY STATES. Number of USPS contract truck drivers have provided video report evidence and sworn affidavits. Despite being sued to change their eye witness reports they have held their ground. Recently, the truckers won their case in court as USPS admitted that the truckers' reports were valid.
- CYBER DATA TRANSMISSION COMPUTER TECHNICIANS AND ENGINEERS WERE ABLE TO CAPTURED THE INTERNET TRAFFIC DATA FROM AUGUST OF 2020 TO MARCH OF 2021. THEY HAVE HELD CONFERENCES ON THE INTERNET SHOWING HACKERS FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD SUCCESSFULLY PENETRATING THE FIREWALLS OF THE VOTING MACHINES AND TABULATORS AND SWITCHING VOTES.

CISA Advisory Report Admits Voting Machine Vulnerabilities: Denies Exploitation by Wendi Strauch Mahoney

In a stunning admission, CISA reports that voting machines are vulnerable to tampering and hacking. After two-plus years of denials from multiple government officials, politicians, and the legacy media, the much delayed Cyber & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) report “identifie[d] vulnerabilities affecting versions of the Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite ImageCast X.” The report warns the vulnerabilities present in the system software represent risks that “should be mitigated as soon as possible.” CISA also reported that ” it has no evidence that these vulnerabilities have been exploited in any elections.” CISA Director Jen Easterly stated the same in a Tweet on Friday.
