Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine Order A Doctor to Undergo Psych Eval for Prescribing Ivermectin & hydroxychloroquine.

Veterans lauded Dr. Meryl Nass as a hero for assisting them in uncovering the link between the military’s obligatory anthrax vaccine and the catastrophic illnesses they were experiencing.

For more than three decades, the 70-year-old Maine internist has given Congressional testimony on vaccination efficacy in four states, deciphered scientific papers for courts, and acted as an international national consultant on biological warfare and pandemics.

Nass’s license was suspended by the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine last month, and she was given a list of conditions to meet in order to regain her license, including undergoing a psychiatric evaluation, releasing a list of every patient she had seen in the previous six months, and answering more than 25 questions about her medical beliefs, including how she advertises her practices.

Nass, who has been a lawyer for 41 years, described her suspension as a “tyrannical witch hunt.”

Nass told The Epoch Times, “The whole purpose of suspending my license was to scare doctors around the country not to go against the government’s narrative that the COVID vaccine and mask mandates are good,”

Nass is one of at least ten doctors and physician assistants who have had their licenses suspended or are under investigation by their state’s medical license board, including those in Kansas, Florida, Hawaii, Washington, Texas, and Arkansas.

The Maine board’s rigorous investigation of Nass is based on three legitimate prescriptions she wrote for ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, according to the state’s lawsuit.

The patients were unfazed by the prescription. All of them were able to recover from the infection. A Twitter user made one complaint, a hospital doctor made another, and a midwife affiliated with the same hospital made a third. Nass prescribed hydroxychloroquine to a pregnant woman, according to the midwife.

Nass was also charged by the board of spreading “misinformation” about the pandemic

The Maine board originally gave Nass until February 1 to comply with its mandate that she undergo a neuropsychological evaluation, which was to be conducted by a psychologist of the board’s choosing and paid for by Nass, according to records obtained by The Epoch Times.

The board said in its order that “Dr. Nass’ failure to undergo the evaluation as directed constitutes an admission of the allegations against her.”

Nass told The Epoch Times that she has yet to complete the Maine board’s mandatory evaluation or any of the other requirements.

Nass isn’t afraid to express herself on her blog, where she wrote “the same cast of characters who lie, cheat and befuddle us with the poorest quality federal science ever invented, will be back tomorrow. She stressed that giving Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine is not illegal, but it is unethical according to the state.

The Maine licensing board, along with the state Board of Osteopathic Licensure, issued a joint statement in April warning that prescribing alternative drugs to prevent or treat COVID-19 “may lead to stockpiling of medication, inappropriate use, and potential drug shortages for patients with a legitimate need” They came to the conclusion that prescribing the medications “is considered unethical and unprofessional conduct” and “it may also violate applicable Board rules.”

“These are made-up policies,” Nass told The Epoch Times, “and they should be a wake-up call to Americans from local communities to state boards, the government is using them to replace the law and the Constitution.”

Nass thinks that her days as a doctor in Maine are numbered, and that the board’s intentions may be to ensure that she is unable to work as a doctor elsewhere.

Nass informed the Epoch Times on Tuesday that she had recently discovered that her name had been been sent to the National Practitioner Database, the Laurie-list version for discredited doctors, by the Maine licensing board.

Nass, on the other hand, is still regarded as a hero in the northern parts of Maine, where she operated her private practice.

In a letter to the editor published by the Bangor Daily News, Daniel Lorey, a recently retired hospital clinical social worker who worked closely with Nass at MDI Hospital for many years, termed Nass a “impeccable MD” with clinical abilities “second to none.”

Last October, Nass prescribed him “life-saving medication” to help him fight COVID-19, according to Lorey.

Lorey wrote, “I am quite convinced that her early interventions and timely prescriptions saved my life and limited my hospitalization to a brief two-hour emergency room visit,”

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning about two Empowered Diagnostics COVID-19 tests, claiming that the tests are not FDA-approved despite the fact that the labels claim otherwise.

CovClear COVID-19 Rapid Antigen and ImmunoPass COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody Rapid tests are manufactured by Empowered Diagnostics.

Empowered Diagnostics issued a recall for both tests in late January, according to an FDA notice. The recall has been classified as a Class 1 recall, the most serious sort according to the FDA’s website.

“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning people to stop using the Empowered Diagnostics CovClear COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test and ImmunoPass COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody Rapid Test,” the agency’s statement said. “These tests were distributed with labeling indicating they are authorized by the FDA, but neither test has been authorized, cleared, or approved by the FDA for distribution or use in the United States.”

Individuals should not use either test, according to the FDA, because there is a “potentially higher risk of false results when using unauthorized tests.”

If anyone who used either test have questions about their results, they should contact their health care physician, according to the FDA.

“If the antigen test was given less than two weeks ago, consider retesting your patients using an FDA authorized SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic test if you suspect an inaccurate result,” the federal drug regulator stated.

“False-positive results could lead test users to take fewer precautions to protect themselves from a future SARS-CoV-2 infection if the test result is interpreted to mean that they have had a previous SARS-CoV-2 infection,” the agency warns.

According to the organization, the CovClear COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test uses nasal swab technology, and the ImmunoPass COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody Rapid Test uses a fingerstick blood sample to identify whether someone has COVID-19.

The FDA also verified that it is working with Empowered Diagnostics to resolve recall-related issues and that it “will continue to keep the public informed of significant new information.”

The smoke and mirrors emitting from the FDA is surprisingly effective against busy bodied Americans who don’t care to look for the information not handed to them. One could consider this “mishap” with Empowered diagnostics to be a distraction from the CCP’s egregious intentions to harvest not only our user data, but our DNA sequencing data. The sheriff said he was contacted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) weapons of mass destruction coordinator about Fulgent Genetics and met with the coordinator on Nov. 26.
