SIMULTANEOUSLY, IN A SEPARATE COURT CASE  IN  FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA IN CONJUNCTION WITH A PENDING LAW SUIT FILED JOINTLY BY A DEMOCRAT AND A REPUBLICAN ABOUT THE 2020 REPORTED ELECTIONS' RESULTS COMPELLED THE JUDGE TO ACQUIRE THE SERVICES OF ONE OF THESE THREE PROFESSORS MENTIONED IN A ARTICLE ON HNEWSWIRE.COM (1) PROFESSOR HALDERMAN TO PERFORM A ELECTRONIC FORENSIC ELECTION'S AUDIT OF THE VOTING MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT IN GEORGIA'S 2020 ELECTIONS.
After the Professor Halderman had completed his audit he sent his report to the Judge.
Once the Judge completed her review of Professor Haldrman's Report she promptly sealed the report and issued a statement like : "Releasing of the Report at this time will give more fodder to the 2020 Stolen Election Conspiracy theorists."
IT REMAINED SEALED FOR TWO YEARS - Just enough time after the Federal Election Retention Law''s to expire.
Since then Professor Halderman has released his  96 Page report and is available on the Internet for any one to review it on their own time. The report is on only a small aspect of Electronic Voting Machine and Equipment's very crucial aspect for their vulnerability for hackers and political party operatives to very easily access them both to manipulate Voting Data by switching and deleting votes from one candidate to the candidate of their choice

Though these Audits' alleged Election's irregularities and Voter Fraud incidences deal mainly  with Elections held on November 3, 2020 from the States of Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Michigan, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin similar Elections' Violations and Voter Fraud issues have also been reported from the other 41 remaining States with documented Digital, Visuals and Paper Trail evidence along with signed Affidavits of the informants and the courts have denied hearing with the statement "that they do not have any standing."

Garland has has been an outspoken critic about many Election's Irregularities and Voter  fraud issues of Georgia's Elections, has filed suites and have provided adequate volume of alleged Institutionalized Voter Fraud evidence in courts, the Georgia's Senate and House committees. Trump and other defendants might have used 'VoterGa' Election Irregularities and alleged Voter Fraud Investigation Documentations to request Georgia Secretary of State and Governor to not Certify their Georgia's 2020 Elections until all invalid votes are removed from the totals.

Before the 2020 Elections in Georgia were certified a Georgian CPA, hired by Trump Team, to perform an Independent Objective Professional Accounting of Reported Election Results Reports published by the Secretary of the State on the Internet in accordance of the established Elections Laws.
According to this CPA's accounting and analysis study's report and based on the alleged current Election's laws of Georgia Secretary of State 2020 Elections' Reports included 119,348 Questionable/Invalid Votes that were counted in the Grand Total which gave Biden a victory by 11,000 over Trump.
The CPA stated he promptly submitted his report to Georgia's Secretary of State before Elections were Certified but was not only not totally ignored by the SOS but as of August 18, 2023 has never been contacted or received any notification.

The Fulton County, DA also omitted another ex-Georgian Lin Wood, an Attorney from her list of defendants. A Trump supporter who was very involved in exposing the alleged Georgia's Election corruption and also had major issues of the Georgia's Republican Party's manipulation of the voting records and Election Reporting process. It is important to note that his disputes with the Republican Elites led him to finally move from the State of Georgia to South Carolina when the Georgia's Republican Political Cabal began to attack his Attorney's License status and accused him of other personal and physical issues. With the last information on hand he has been working with the South Carolina's Republican Party without any disputes or similar health issues of what he was being accused of in Georgia.

The Elections' Voter Fraud Auditors, who were previously hand picked by Republican Party's County Officers did not report or discovered these 'Voter Fraud voting Equipment's' Hidden Computer Directories '.
To simply state what was discovered by the Professional Electronic Forensic Election Audit Team is as follows:
Phase A -
Votes are cast -  Electronically the image and data is captured and stored internally  before it is transmitted to the Phase B. All this happens almost instantly.
Phase B -
The voting machine had dual set of Directories:
First set of Directory allegedly had the 'Original' captured Image of the Ballot and Voting Data.
The Second Hidden Directory is used to take the data and manipulate the original Voting Data and with a Sophisticate Artificial intelligence Computer Source Code Algorithms to send to the Secretary of States Office for the final the Reported Elections' Results. In some cases 'The Algorithms' logic would take away a fraction of each vote from one candidate and add it the designated chosen winning candidates totals. (This was also reported by the Computer Science Technology MIT Scientist in 2018 Dr. Shiva of the State of Massachusetts.)

Number of USPS Contract drivers reported thousands of completed Mail-In ballots were picked by them and they were told to take the trailer load to a specific parking lotS in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin and JUST LEAVE THE TRAILERS THERE WITHOUT SOMEONE TO SIGN THE BILL OF LADEN. all of the did submit written signed affidavits of their reports and refused the pressure from FBI to change their reports.

After the Antrim Count's Election Auditors' report was submitted to the Judge he stated in his closing remarks that votes were indeed switched electronically by the Computerized Equipment in Antrim County, Michigan in November 3, 2020 Elections. The Judge also inc  " commented in his written ruling that "The Dominion Machines were engineered to commit voter fraud".

Security camera footage of polling processing center in Fulton County in Georgia and Antrim County in Michigan, two of the five States where vote counting was abruptly stopped and all Republican Poll watchers were escorted out of the areas plastic bins of Ballots from the hidden under pre-staged areas began to be pulled out and processed.In Michigan security vehicles escorted vans that brought loads of containers with ballots during the early hours of the November 4th, 2020.

Since the Democrat, Independent and Republican Parties have been in denial (since 1960s with Lyndal B. Johnson's Election ) about inaccurate Reported Elections Reports and continue to Certify Elections may be they can explain how they can even do that with these many other unresolved alleged Elections Irregularities and Voter Fraud claims compiled by multiple Voter Fraud Observation organization from many states in their reviews of the Reported Elections Results Data and Reports from their respective Secretary of State Offices:

  • Consistently refusing to perform Electronic Forensic Elections Audit by Independent Team of Professional Cyber Data Transmission and Computer Technology Engineers, Auditors and Technicians. Instead the latest mode of operation of at least the Republican Secretary of States is to appoint a VOTER FRAUD CZAR who still is on States Direct Payroll and reports the SOS.
  • Alleged Sophisticated Electronic Elections Fraud with ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE COMPUTER SOURCE CODE ALGORITHMS to manipulate election results.
  • Mail-In Ballots Voter Fraud.
  • Inaccurate Voter Rolls (In October of 2020 Judicial Watch published a report that at least 353 Counties of America showed higher totals of registered voters than their respective populations based on their 2020 Census eligible voter totals of 18 and over years olds totals ) (2).
  • Secretary of States Reported Elections Results show more votes than the number of people living in their State.
  • Switching of Votes.
  • Deleting of Votes.

  • Non-Printed ballots that were created on a copier or afax machines.

  • Votes from Nursing Homes by individuals that were not coherent and need full time care 24/7.
  • Counting Mail-In ballots that were never folded or had the envelopes that had the USPS processing tracking codes.
  • No Signed Vote Ballots' Tally Sheets on the Storage.
  • No Computer and Voting Machine Authorized Use or Access Authorization Logs.
  • No signature logs.
  • Electronic Voting Machines and Equipment in unsecured areas of the Polling Centers.
  • Millions of Mail-In Ballots Envelops are mysteriously missing so confirmation of the USPS processing dates are no longer can be validated.
  • Unique voting patterns were found that confirmed that sophisticated Computer Algorithms were used to manipulate the original voters' choices in every state of the United States in the 2020 Elections. Dr. Franks and few others conducted research studies on the relationship of each state's unique demographic layout by age groups and found that each county's age groups' voting pattern of that state were either identical or had a minimal variance. In other words for example the voting pattern of the age group of '18 to 40' in a heavily Democrat County showed to the same as in a very heavily Republican county or between counties with large Metropolitan demographic diverse population versus a rural not so divers farming county.
  • Recently it was reported that almost all ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE VERIFICATION OF THE US ELECTIONS IS BEING DONE BY A RUSSIAN FIRM WITH RUSSIAN PERSONNEL AND OFFICES IN RUSSIA AND U.S. AS FAR AS WE NOW KNOW THERE ARE NO AUDITS OR REVIEW OF THIS PROCESS BEING DONE BY ANY OF THE 21 NATIONAL SECURITY FEDERAL AGENCIES.

In reviewing of the Reported Election Results of many states, and especially the 5 States that suddenly stopped counting on Nov 3rd, 2020, by the Secretary of States' Offices have revealed that by their own election reported details of their own election's the above alleged unqualified votes which should not have been counted, were counted and repeated efforts to have those totals corrected were ignored and they went ahead and Certified Their Election Results.

Sadly, there is evidence that there has been a deliberate collusion and neglect by all of the elected and appointed officials starting with the County Sheriffs, County Commissioners and up, social media, law enforcement and Courts not to even acknowledge the volumes of Elections' Violations and Voter Fraud reports and step up to the plate to get it stopped and the Reported Elections Results SHOULD NOT TO BE CERTIFIED UNTIL THEY ARE RESOLVED BY INDEPENDENT BONDED CERTIFIED ELECTRONIC FORENSIC CYBER AND COMPUTER ENGINEERS AND ELECTIONS AUDITORS.

As we all know that currently the Americans are split mostly in these two major camps:
"There is no Elections' Violations or Voter Fraud and 2020 Elections were secure" or
"The other camp that has volumes of Forensic Audits' and Cyber Electronic Transmission Data Evidence to confirm that in 2020 there were thousands of Election's Violation and Voter Fraud did occur."
