Twatter And of Course Most of the Alternative New Sites (The Chinese Will Invade America Any Day Now Bull Crap) Are Scandalous… Click Bait
On Sunday afternoon we asked how long before the twitter account of the “rogue” Chinese virologist, Dr. Li-Meng Yan, who yesterday “shocked” the world of establishment scientists and other China sycophants, by publishing a “smoking gun” scientific paper demonstrating that the Covid-19 virus was manmade, is “silenced.
We now have the answer: less than two days. A cursory check of Dr Yan’s twitter page reveals that the account has been suspended as of this moment.
The suspension took place shortly after Dr Yan had accumulated roughly 60,000 followers in less than 48 hours. The snapshot below was taken earlier in the day precisely in anticipation of this suspension.
It was not immediately clear what justification Twitter had to suspend the scientist who, to the best of our knowledge, had just 4 tweets as of Tuesday morning none of which violated any stated Twitter policies, with the only relevant tweet being a link to her scientific paper co-written with three other Chinese scientists titled “Unusual Features of the SARS-CoV-2 Genome Suggesting Sophisticated Laboratory Modification Rather Than Natural Evolution and Delineation of Its Probable Synthetic Route” which laid out why the Wuhan Institute of Virology had created the covid-19 virus.
While we appreciate that Twitter may have experienced pressure from either China, or the established scientist community, to silence Dr Yan for proposing a theory that flies in the face of everything that has been accepted as undisputed gospel – after all Twitter did just that to us – we are confident that by suspending her account, Jack Dorsey has only added more fuel to the fire of speculations that the covid virus was indeed manmade (not to mention countless other tangential conspiracy theories).
If Yan was wrong, why not just let other scientists respond in the open to the all too valid arguments presented in Dr. Yan’s paper? Isn’t that what “science” is all about? Why just shut her up?
Because if we have already crossed the tipping point when anyone who proposes an “inconvenient” explanation for an established “truth” has to be immediately censored, then there is little that can be done to salvage the disintegration of a society that once held freedom of speech as paramount.
For those who missed it, here is our post breaking down Dr. Yan’s various allegations which twitter saw fit to immediately censor instead of allowing a healthy debate to emerge.
We hope Twitter will provide a very reasonable and sensible explanation for this unprecedented censorship.
Revelation, Chapter 22, the last chapter of the Bible. Here we get to the end of everything that we know has already happened, the things that are happening now, and things that still have to happen. Ask yourself: what is left? What will last forever? I know some may say love and existence with Christ, but when you analyze chapter 22 and the other chapters leading up to it, what we see is that everything ends with God, the Lord Jesus Christ, Heaven, and one more element. That is, servants serving God.
I want to look at David and why God labeled him a man after His own heart. There have to be obvious things about David, along his journey and path, that made him a man after God’s own heart. Go to verse 36, in the same chapter, “For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers and saw corruption.” Now here, the will is a different Greek word that basically means purpose or plan. So, this verse would read, “For David, after he had served his own generation by the purpose or planof God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers and saw corruption.” We know David had problems along the way, but at the end “after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep.” That is God’s testimony of David. With all the things that happened to David along his journey and the many times he was carrying out God’s purpose, (and even the times he was not) David still is labeled a man after God’s own heart. A true servant of God. He was God-hearted, which means he served God’s purposes.
The word served is a verb form of the word for under-rower, and really it is a model of how to serve the Lord. There are not too many under-rowers anymore in today’s Christianity. To be an under-rower means that David was under God’s command. He willingly did what the Lord asked him to do. Even though he had to do some things that most of us would not even think about doing, he did them. And in serving the Lord, he always wanted God to get the glory. David was a servant of God all the days of his life. To see this, go to Old Testament to 1 Kings 15:5, “Because David did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord, and turned not aside from any thing that he commanded him all the days of his life, [with one exception] save only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite.” This is where David planned the murder of Uriah because he did not want to be caught fooling around with Uriah’s wife. Now, I can see some church elders sitting there thinking, or maybe even expressing to the people around them, “Well, I could think of plenty of things that David did that was flat out wrong. He had too many wives.” I am not going into whether he should have had multiple wives or not, but you see what I am saying.
They would nitpick David’s life about what they think is sin and sit there in judgement. But clearly God’s Word says, “Because David did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord, and turned not aside from any thing that he commanded him all the days of his life ….” When push came to shove, David served God no matter what. He fulfilled God’s purposes. He became a useful obedient instrument that would not sway from what God wanted, period—save only the matter of Uriah the Hittite. David paid the penalty for that. He lost the child that was the product of that affair. David did other things, mistakes that cost other people’s lives, but this matter of Uriah is the only one mentioned by God. And here today in the church world we have so many nitpickers saying, “You can’t do this, and you can’t do that.” It just drives you nuts.
They think they have been assigned by God to be a nitpicker for Jesus. It is almost like when you hear about the Muslim police that patrol Iran and a few other places to make sure all the rules and regulations of Islam are being followed, especially by women. But in this case, we have nitpickers for Jesus waiting to point out every sin in your life so they can make you walk the straight and narrow. (I don’t want to dwell on that, I just thought I would point that out.) There are more chapters about David. In fact, by my count, about 141 chapters devote pages in my Bible to the life of David more than any other person, except God and Christ himself. In all of God’s Word, that is profound, so we should want to study David’s life and see what we can pull from his life and see why God labeled him a man after His own heart.
We know more about David’s fears, David’s thoughts, David’s weaknesses, and his strengths than anyone in Biblical Scripture. If you believe the Bible is the divine Word of God and the author of his story is none other than God himself, from His perspective, David was God’s man. According to the Scriptures, David’s heart was after God and for God, and he was serving God, as a servant of the Lord, for life. In addition, David is the most described man in the Bible and for good reason. I believe God has made him our prime Old Testament example of the life of God’s servant. Remember where I started this message in the book of Revelation, chapter 22? When all is said and done, there is God and wherever God’s location is there is Christ and His servants. I want to know about this servitude and why it is so neglected in today’s Christian world. Although I know it is something most do not want to hear about because servant is a bad word. Slave is a bad word. Yes, they can be, but not the way the Scriptures approach it. The Scriptures tell us how we should be and how Christ is molding us. So, let’s begin by reading about David’s life.
