Sadly, except for a very few the majority of ALL other Politicians, Administrators and Religious Leaders have just been ignoring this forever growing crisis. It is being speculated that maybe they are being black mailed, EXTORTED, and threatened because of their own past associations with certain groups or movements, secretly are still currently involved themselves, they have been hoping this serious problem will just to go away by itself or they think this problem is of such a universal hugh problem that they just cannot do anything about it.
