Hundreds protest new student flu vaccine mandate at State House – Nashoba Valley Voice

New York state parents have made their voices heard as F.F. v. State of New York, Supreme Court file 21-1003, is set to take place. Challenging the state’s repeal of a legislation in 2019 that exempted people with genuine religious objections from having to accept the vaccines their children are required to undergo in order to attend school.

The petition comes as courts across the country, including the Supreme Court, are debating the separate, more specific issue of mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations, and are becoming more receptive to arguments that governments are exceeding their constitutional authority in combating the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The Supreme Court received a petition for review on Jan. 10, (pdf); with attorney Stephen Bergstein of Bergstein and Ullrich in New Paltz, New York, named as counsel of record. On the petition’s cover, prominent activist and attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of Children’s Health Defense in Peachtree City, Georgia, is mentioned as co-counsel for the petitioners.

Although the state of New York requires children to be vaccinated against communicable diseases like hepatitis B, measles, and polio as a condition of attending public or private school, the state has accepted medical and religious exemptions since 1966. The religious exemption was eliminated by state lawmakers in June 2019, while the medical exemption remained in effect. Vaccination is not required for students over the age of 18 or any other adult in the school environment under current state laws.

According to the petition, the petitioners are “parents from throughout New York, who have not vaccinated their children because of their sincerely-held religious beliefs,”

In the past, the parents had applied for religious exemptions and had been given them. But acquiring the exemption “has hardly been a rubber stamp process in New York, and many school districts, such as New York City schools, rejected the overwhelming majority of applications.”

“There is no doubt that vaccines are tremendously important to our country,” the petition states. “Most people believe in vaccines and take them without a second thought. We do not pretend otherwise. But equally important to our country is the foundational principle that one’s sincerely-held religious beliefs ought be respected. So vital is this principle, it is enshrined in our Constitution.”

“As it happens, a small minority of our population objects to vaccinations on religious grounds. We cannot simply disregard these few just because most of us might believe otherwise, or because other legitimate, or even vital, interests might be at stake. Such would be antithetical to our founding ideals. Rather, we must respect all religious views, no matter how foreign or peculiar they may seem to us.”

The complaint was dismissed by the New York Supreme Court for the County of Albany, which found the challenged repealed law to be constitutional. The verdict was upheld by two state appellate courts. One of the appeal judges determined that the legislation repealing the religious exemption was based on sound public policy rather than ideology or politics. As you can imagine, the petitioners heavily dispute these rulings as outright unconstitutional tyranny.

“In supporting the repeal, various legislators, including leadership and the law’s sponsors, made religiously hostile comments, rejecting the notion of a true religious objection to vaccination and belittling such objectors as ‘anti-vaxxers’ and misguided fools,” the petition says.

“Thousands of children who were previously exempted from the vaccine requirement based on their religions objections have been evicted from all public, private and religious schools and put in the position of choosing between their religious beliefs and access to school-based education.”

Citing a statement from the American Medical Association in April 2021, the appellate court sided with medical groups that “describe the highly contagious nature of measles, noting that prevention will occur when 93 to 95 percent of the population becomes immune, requiring that ‘the vaccine be given to virtually everyone who can safely receive it,”

At the time, Bonnie Litvack, president of the Medical Society of the State of New York, was quoted as stating, “This court ruling is a major victory for public health.”

“As we are seeing in the current COVID pandemic, vaccinations are an absolutely essential component to combatting communicable diseases. Physicians across the state will continue to work on the front lines to ensure they protect their patients’ health and make sure the public is educated about the importance of vaccinations in protecting everyone’s health.”

according to New York Governor Kathy Hochul, COVID-19 vaccinations should be added to the list of mandated inoculations for schools. The state has until February 14 to respond to the petition, according to the Supreme Court.

These evil politicians are setting legislation in place that is not only discriminatory, but it’s being done out of spite for their political adversaries. It’s sad, and displays a fundamental lack of understanding about leadership. Surely in due time these radicalized politicians will have to answer for their wrongdoings against society. If not, the public will continue living in their fairy tale, until reality sets in & American soil is ravaged by some foreign nation that got sick of how weak we make ourselves look.

The constitution is being trampled in the name of a pathogen that has no confirmed origin. That’s because the moment people hear lab leak, they assume it’s a conspiracy and disregard the information before them. We’ve seen politicians charged with various heinous crimes in the last few years. Are we to believe that this isn’t a cover up? With that being said, what then does the wide spectrum of overbearing COVID-19 restrictions have to do with this grand conspiracy? What is being directly affected is your freedom, and it comes in many forms. But by no means is it free. That can be seen in America today, there is a hefty pricetag associated with the reparations to come in the future. All things will come to light in time, in Jesus name. Stay inquisitive in the word of God, and the world around you.

According to one analyst, China and Russia are attempting to disrupt and change the rules of the international system by authoritarian means. They claim that the plan can only be prevented by a concerted effort by democratic states around the world.

“China and Russia are authoritarian states that see themselves constrained, encircled, and threatened by the liberal democracies led by the United States,” said Aaron Friedberg, a visiting senior fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

“They’re attempting, both separately and in concert, to change important aspects of the existing international order. They are revisionist powers. The challenge they pose is collective and requires a collective response.”

Friedberg made the remarks during a webinar conducted by the German Marshall Fund of the United States on Jan. 19, a think tank that aims to encourage cooperation between North American and European countries.

The remarks come amid growing concerns that Russia would invade Ukraine, as well as widespread concern about China’s unparalleled military buildup and possible ambitions to invade Taiwan.

Following Russia’s illegal invasion of Crimea in 2014, Friedberg and other academics at the webinar highlighted how the two countries became considerably closer.

Following the annexation, Russia looked to China’s economy to help mitigate the effects of Western sanctions, while the Chinese Communist Party  attempted to lessen its own vulnerabilities from the west.

The alliance is rooted in an endeavor to establish resiliency against international system mechanisms by shielding the Russian economy from sanctions while simultaneously supplying Chinese markets with a supply line of food and energy resources that do not require access to sea lanes.

Friedberg claims that China and Russia have been cooperating more closely since 2014, both explicitly and surreptitiously aligning themselves against the larger international order.

He attributed the rising closeness to a number of issues, the most noteworthy of which was a mistrust of the ideals that sustain democratic countries.

“The deepest and perhaps the most important [of these factors], is a shared fear of, and animosity towards, what the Chinese now refer to as the so-called ‘universal values’ of the liberal democratic West, and the threat that these pose to the legitimacy of the Russian and Chinese regimes,” said Friedberg.

Friedberg said that open conflict between the Eurasian nations and the West was averted in part because both countries now require access to Western resources. Fear of losing access has limited Russia’s purported intentions for the conquest of Ukraine and China’s for Taiwan thus far.

Friedberg stated, “Both China and Russia still require access to Western markets, capital, and technology.” “So, they’re walking a very thin line. They’re pushing hard, but they’re trying not to provoke the Western powers into cutting them off.”

Friedberg cautioned that such a situation might not persist indefinitely.

The game would be finished if Eurasian markets became further disconnected from the West, or if either regime lost at least some fear of Western retaliation for its conduct.

This is an issue because, according to Friedberg, China and Russia are losing faith in liberal democratic countries’ willingness to suffer to punish authoritarian overreach.

“Authoritarian leaders have to become convinced that democratic societies, and the leaders of democratic societies, are willing to do things which not only impose costs on their opponents, but impose costs on their own societies,” Friedberg stated. “I’m afraid that they don’t believe that as much as I would like them to.”

China doesn’t have the capability to make complex semiconductor integrated circuit chips, and the rest of the world is keeping that technology from them for the time being, seeing as they’re already using technology to enslave people and give them a grade on their existence. The severe economic sanctions that are set to hit Russia in the event of an invasion no doubt include Nord Stream 2. But also the necessities to build out an industry for integrated circuit technology to bolster the 4th industrial revolution. Who knows what Russia will do now, but we know what China has done. If these two team up, they could pose a significant threat in the event of simultaneous invasion of both Taiwan and Ukraine.

Surely, the United States has accounted for such a plan. However inevitably it would slow any western response and weaken a reactionary force. This scenario could unfold rapidly and the results would probably leave western society begging on their knees to be protected by the government. We’ve seen what happens when people hang on every word that the government says. It creates delusional people who don’t think in terms of common sense and natural curiosity. They have yet to question for a second wether these globalist sell outs indeed do have their best interest in mind or not. They’ve just taken the narrative for what it is without question, it’s sad really. Stay inquisitive in the word of God, and the world around you.
