The Biden administration is in the active phase of drafting a legally binding pandemic agreement that would empower the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) to shape national policies concerning pandemic “prevention, preparedness, and response.”

Serious failures by the WHO in handling the Covid pandemic made many Americans question the supranational body’s competence, but U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra was not one of them. On September 27, 2022, Becerra joined with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to announce the “U.S.-WHO Strategic Dialogue,” which provides for a “historic new financial intermediary fund” and development of a “new pandemic instrument.” That latest included, among other things, the “targeted amendments” to the International Health Regulations (IHR), a treaty the United States ratified back in 2005.

In December 2022, 194 member states of the WHO, including the United States, agreed to develop a “zero draft” of a pandemic accord set to be negotiated and finalized starting on February 27, 2023 at the meeting of the WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body.

The WHO, on the other hand, is a puppet organization funded by Globalist Billionaires, so let's put some faces to this organization and uncover who is actually behind this drive to vaccinate everyone on the earth and then track everyone using digital IDs.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is widely reported in the media to be one of the major funders to the WHO, second only to the United States and outspending all other governments. Yet, this is not totally right. The truth is that Bill Gates, through his organizations, is by far the LARGEST contributor to the WHO.

Just 13% of the WHO budget is funded by assessed contributions, which are fixed sums paid by member-state governments based on wealth and population, with the US being the largest donor. The remaining 87% comes primarily from private institutions and individuals.

The WHO's key revenue sources are:

Assessed contributions (amounts determined by member-state governments and scaled by income and population) and voluntary contributions (other funds provided by member states, plus contributions from private organizations and individuals).

The majority of assessed contributions are classified as "core" financing, which means they are flexible funds that are frequently utilized to support general expenses and program activities.

Voluntary contributions, on the other hand, are frequently "defined" funds, which contributors designate for certain purposes. Many decades ago, assessed contributions provided the majority of the WHO's revenue; but, over time, voluntary contributions have come to account for a larger share of the WHO's budget.

Aside from the William and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, The Vaccine Alliance, which was founded and is supported by Bill and Melinda Gates, is a key source of funding for the WHO.

In fact, the quantity of money flowing via GAVI is so large that the WHO could be considered a part of GAVI.

The WHO budget for 2022-2023 is $6.12 billion, however actual revenue and expenditures may differ from the budgeted amount, such as when additional resources are obtained and channeled in response to health emergencies, such as COVID-19.

GAVI earned more than $8.8 billion in revenue between 2016 and 2020, and the budget for 2021 to 2025 is more than $21.4 billion, $9.75 billion of which is for COVAX AMC, the COVID-19 Vaccines Advance Market Commitment.

How did Bill Gates earn all this wealth and power?

I recall seeing this announcement during a Charlie Rose interview at the time. It took me some time to locate the interview (Charlie Rose is not as popular as he used to be after he was fired from PBS and CBS in 2017 over allegations of sexual harassment).

Warren Buffett basically tutored the younger Bill Gates on giving, using the Rockefeller Foundation as a model and the Carnegie "gospel of riches" philosophy. Buffet believes that leaving all of one's fortune to one's offspring is bad and that the wealthy should instead use their wealth for the "benefit of society."

According to their beliefs, "global health" and education are the ways by which society can be changed. Vaccines, family planning, "reproductive rights," and population management are all part of global health.

This is a fantastic interview, and I'm pleased I found it. Listening to the veteran billionaire and his tutoring of the younger billionaire, you can easily see their altruistic humility in supposedly caring about humanity and how they believe that their wealth can cure all the world's ills as they talk down to governments who they believe need to get on board with their plans.

A few years after Buffett and the Gateses joined forces in philanthropy, they invited other billionaires around the world to join them in The Giving Pledge. In August 2010, 40 of America's wealthiest people pledged to donate the majority of their fortune to address some of society's most serious issues.

The Giving Pledge was created by Warren Buffett, Melinda French Gates, and Bill Gates after a series of meetings with donors about how they could set a new standard of generosity among the ultra-wealthy. While the Giving Pledge was first aimed at Americans, it immediately drew attention from donors all around the world.
