Fauci States Great Barrington Declaration Is Reminiscent Of AIDS Denialism.

According to an email published by The Epoch Times, Dr. Anthony Fauci attempted to tie a strategy to scientists who questioned whether HIV causes AIDS.

Both Fauci, the long-serving head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and his former boss, Dr. Francis Collins, were vocal opponents of the approach, which was laid out in the Great Barrington Declaration on Oct. 4, 2020.

Martin Kulldorff, then of Harvard University, Stanford University’s Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, and Oxford University professor Sunetra Gupta were among those who signed the declaration, which advocated for policies aimed at reducing death and social harm while acknowledging that COVID-19 posed a much greater threat to older people than to younger people.

“The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of achieving herd immunity is to allow those who are at the lowest risk of death to live their lives normally and build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at the highest risk,” they wrote.

In the federal government, the document sparked heated reactions.

According to an email disclosed in 2021, Collins, then-director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), wrote to Fauci and two other government scientists on Oct. 8, 2020, saying, “There needs to be a swift and devastating published take down of its premises.”

Both Fauci and Collins spoke out against the method, calling it “a fringe component of epidemiology” that was “hazardous” in separate interviews with different news sites.

Fauci even went so far as to try to link the remark to AIDS, a fatal disease caused by HIV.

According to an email received by The Epoch Times through a Freedom of Information Act request on Oct. 14, 2020, Fauci said, “This is quite reminiscent of the AIDS denialist days of Peter Duesberg, Harry Rubin, and Kary Mullis (all of Berkley).”

Dr. Lawrence Tabak, who went on to follow Collins at the National Institutes of Health, and four other NIH workers also received copies.

Rubin and Mullis are both dead, and Duesberg’s wife said he’s suffering from a stroke and can’t comment right now.

In a book titled “Inventing AIDS,” the three disputed the consensus that HIV causes AIDS.

The analogy from Fauci, who has continuously advocated for some of the hardest tactics in the world to combat the pandemic, was unusual, according to Kulldorff, who spoke to The Epoch Times.

“COVID is a debilitating illness. “The Great Barrington Declaration was born out of a desire to utilize focused protection to better safeguard older high-risk persons who were not adequately protected by the lockdown method, which resulted in multiple unnecessary COVID deaths,” he explained in an email. “As public health professionals, we also take the collateral public health damage caused by lockdowns extremely seriously, as it is something we will have to live with and die with for many years.”

Professor Ehud Qimron, who leads Tel Aviv University’s Department of Microbiology and Immunology and signed the proclamation, questioned how top US officials reacted to it.

In an email to The Epoch Times, Qimron said, “I think it’s a pity that government officials refer to the GBD statement itself rather than ad hominem.” “They couldn’t, and still can’t, win with arguments in support of their zero-COVID strategy of lockdowns, limits, masks, and zero-COVID.” It was obvious then, and it is much clearer today, that those measures resulted in nothing but harm and no profit.”

Researchers determined in January that COVID-19 lockdowns had minimal to no effect on mortality during the epidemic, according to Qimron.

Requests for comment were not returned by Fauci, Collins, or Fauci’s organization.

The Great Barrington Declaration and Fauci and Collins’ proposed approach were both based on herd immunity, or an acceptable level of protection against the CCP virus, which causes COVID-19. However, natural immunity, or the protection that develops after recovering from COVID-19, was a major factor in the declaration, despite the fact that Fauci and other health officials have consistently downplayed this component in favor of near-universal vaccination.

Collins and Fauci were adamant about the document’s flaws in late 2021.

Their views were similar to those of Dr. Deborah Birx, a prominent Trump health official, but differed from those of other officials.

“We heard strong reinforcement of the Trump administration’s strategy of aggressively protecting the vulnerable while opening schools and the workplace,” Alex Azar, Trump’s health secretary, said on Twitter following a meeting with Dr. Scott Atlas, a Trump adviser, and the authors of the declaration in 2020.

According to emails released by a House of Representatives panel investigating the pandemic response, Trump was scheduled to meet with Kulldorff, Bhattacharya, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, a professor who is now Florida’s surgeon general, and Dr. Cody Meissner, a health expert who advises the Food and Drug Administration on vaccines, around that time to discuss the administration’s “science-based strategy to defeating the China virus.”

Scientists from China and the United States have planned to collaborate on the development of a new coronavirus not found in nature, leaked documents pertaining to a grant application revealed.

The grant proposal was obtained by the activist group called Decentralized Radical Autonomous Search Team Investigating COVID-19 or DRASTIC and was submitted to the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), showing how the American research non-profit EcoHealth Alliance planned to work with Chinese scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology to create a new virus using the funding.

“We will compile sequence/RNAseq data from a panel of closely related strains and compare full length genomes, scanning for unique SNPs representing sequencing errors,” the grant application read, as per Yahoo! News. “Consensus candidate genomes will be synthesised commercially using established techniques and genome-length RNA and electroporation to recover recombinant viruses.”

A World Health Organization (WHO) collaborator who reviewed the coronavirus grant application explained that the newly developed virus may still closely resemble natural viruses found in the wild. The grant said that the U.S. and Wuhan scientists planned to create a “virus genome that did not exist in nature but looks natural as it is the average of natural viruses,” which RNA will then be placed in a cell, from which the virus will be recovered.

“This creates a virus that has never existed in nature, with a new ‘backbone’ that didn’t exist in nature but is very, very similar as it’s the average of natural backbones,” the WHO collaborator explained. The grant was never approved. However, it serves as evidence that coronavirus research in Wuhan has come close enough to developing new, deadly viruses, which are very same ones that can cause global pandemics.

Meanwhile, the Gateway Pundit reported that Alex Jones of Infowars underscored three clips from an hour-long video from the C-SPAN summit which “proved the COVID-19 pandemic was planned and the Big Pharma worked with the UN and other corrupt government officials to develop and release the COVID-19 virus ahead of ‘Great Reset’.”

“There might be a need or even an urgent call for an entity of excitement out there that’s completely disruptive, that’s not beholden to bureaucratic strings and processes,” Rick Bright, the director of HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) said to a panel that included National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) director Anthony Fauci. “But it is not too crazy to think that an outbreak of novel avian virus could occur in China somewhere.”

Blaze Media’s Steve Deace took to Facebook to share his thoughts on the revelation of how U.S. and Wuhan scientists planned to create more coronaviruses, saying that despite the grant proposal being rejected in 2018, “the Wuhan database of viral strains was taken offline prior to the Covid outbreak some 18 months later.”

Deace added that the “gain-of-function spillover potential chimeras were attempts to create preemptive vaccines for the next SARS and MERS level event” and that this was the reason why COVID is “varant resistant,” because it is the “Alpha” or more superior variant than others.

Inevitably these birth pains will continue, until they are undeniable and the followers of Christ will reach out to help save the souls of those who couldn’t wake up. Soon someone will step forward offering world peace and prosperity. We have a $247 trillion global debt, and it’s not going away. Until then these birth pains will increase in frequency, intensity, and visibility.
