Armed Man Arrested Outside Brett Kavanaugh’s House; Planned To Kill Supreme Court Justice

An armed man who meant to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was apprehended outside the Supreme Court Justice’s home approximately 1:50 a.m. on Wednesday.According to the Washington Post, preliminary information suggests that the guy was enraged by the recently leaked Roe v. Wade judgment, which overturned the constitutional right to abortion. According to the Post, he was also enraged by recent major killings.

After taking a cab to Kavanaugh’s house, the individual, who was not from Maryland, was apprehended without incident. He was stopped near the property, but not at it, according to officials.

“A guy was apprehended near Justice Kavanaugh’s home at 1:50 a.m. morning. The individual was armed and threatened Justice Kavanaugh. He was taken to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 2nd District “according to a Supreme Court statement

Last month, protesters erupted outside Kavanaugh’s house, as well as the homes of other conservative Supreme Court justices, after the leak of a majority draft judgment that would eliminate the constitutional right to abortion. Another conservative, Justice Samuel Alito, wrote that draft.

The Montgomery County Police Department did not reply quickly to CNBC’s request for comment. The US Marshals Service, according to a spokeswoman, is investigating the arrest.

At least one candidate for Congress, Vernon Jones, argued that Chuck Schumer’s rhetoric was an influence.

The Department of Justice announced in mid-May that the Marshals Service will provide “round-the-clock protection” at the residences of all nine justices. That security is still in place, according to a spokeswoman.

Law enforcement officials faced questions Thursday about how long it took them to raid a classroom at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, where an 18-year-old shooter opened fire on Tuesday, killing two adults and 19 children. Investigators were also unsure if an armed school district security officer outside Robb Elementary in Uvalde exchanged fire with the assailant, Salvador Ramos, when Ramos initially arrived on Tuesday.

Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw verified to news outlets Wednesday that Ramos opened fire on the school security officer and the tactical squad shot him 40 minutes to an hour later. Ramos entered the school and stormed into one of the classrooms, opening fire. He “barricaded himself by closing the door and simply starting shooting students and instructors who were inside that classroom,” said to Lt. Christopher Olivarez of the Department of Public Safety.

According to Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw, it took between 40 minutes and an hour from the time Ramos started firing until the CBP agent shot him with the help of his tactical squad. When two Uvalde police officers were shot and wounded, they were among the first on the scene, fighting the gunman after he had entered the building.

The suspect fired a shot at the officer. And the police began firing.”

Notably, in the 1999 tragedy at Columbine High School in Colorado, authorities waited outside the school for over two hours before entering-and an hour after Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold had committed themselves. Meanwhile, they murdered a dozen pupils and a teacher. Columbine shook the country and ushered in a new tactical philosophy: police officers are now required to enter buildings with active shooters as quickly as possible, regardless of their equipment or training.

According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department briefing on the subject, “officers recognize and accept the hazards; they also recognize that if nothing is done, more people would die or be harmed than if they had taken action.” “The simple line is that law enforcement was there,” McCraw said. “They did engage right away. [Ramos] was kept in the classroom.”

Uvalde, Texas Elementary School Shooting, No GOD, No Peace!

HNewsWire:

Several local leaders called out a lack of gun control legislation following the deadly attack. , Listen up, you brain-dead politicians; when somebody wants to kill somebody, they’ll use a hammer, a knife, a baseball bat, or a piece of a chair to get the job done. Taking away law-abiding citizens’ guns will not stop these tragedies. Oh, you took God out of our society. Mayhem is what has been left for this ungodly generation. Enjoy Tribulation Satan’s Soldiers!

Following a shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday that left 14 pupils and one teacher dead, Texas officials have sent their condolences and prayers to the victims. In a news conference after the horrific shooting, Gov. Greg Abbott announced that the shooter was also among the victims.

To show their condolences to the families of the victims of the “senseless act,” the Republican leader released a statement.

State officials in Texas expressed their sorrow for those who were killed in a senseless attack in Uvalde and for those who live in the town. Cecilia and I are very saddened by this senseless tragedy and call on all Texans to unite in support of those who are hurting. First responders that worked tirelessly to secure Robb Elementary School are much appreciated.

State and local law enforcement will work together to investigate this crime, Abbott stated in a statement. Local authorities are also getting help from the Texas Division of Emergency Management, Abbott said.

Other Texas legislators, like Sen. Ted Cruz, have also shown their support for the victims of this tragedy (R-TX). For everyone touched by the awful incident in Uvalde, Heidi and I are sincerely praying. We are working closely with local authorities, but the full circumstances are still developing. Thank you to the brave first responders and law enforcement officers who acted so quickly.”

As a result of the shooting, Houston’s mayor and city council members have also spoken out, blaming a lack of gun control laws for the tragedy. “I am horrified and concerned to read of today’s horrible occurrence at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas, that stole the lives of 14 innocent children and one teacher and left scores of children wounded,” Mayor Sylvester said in a statement. It is with the utmost sympathy that I send my sympathies to the affected individuals’ loved ones, coworkers, and classmates.”

There were 10 people murdered in Buffalo recently due to a shooting rampage that Turner brought up as evidence for the need for further action by legislators. Congress must take action on gun control legislation, as must the governors and lawmakers of the states, according to Turner. “”How many more children must die as a result of needless gun violence before citizens demand it of their representatives?”

“We will begin to see the faces of more children whose lives have been snatched by yet another senseless act of gun murder in Texas,” Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo tweeted. The lives of innocent people are being sacrificed much too often for our own political expediency.

This is a pattern that has become all too familiar after comparable disasters in Texas state Rep. Gene Wu (D-Houston). “It’s happened again,” Wu tweeted. We’re going to issue a formal call to action. They’ll argue that it’s too early for this. Work-groups will be formed. However, nothing will alter this situation. The new normal is constant gun violence.”

The Uvalde incident is the bloodiest school shooting since the Parkland, Florida, massacre in 2018, which claimed the lives of three instructors and 14 students, and the Sandy Hook Primary School massacre in 2012, which claimed the lives of 20 elementary school pupils and six staff members.

According to NPR, there have been at least 199 mass shootings in the United States so far in 2022, including the most recent two that have rocked the nation.

Since the Columbine High School massacre in 1999, at least 2,000 people have been killed or wounded in mass shootings in the United States.

By 2020, weapons will be the top cause of mortality for children aged 1 to 19 instead of automobile accidents.

“When is this going to be over?” : When GOD Is Once Again King!

The Texas elementary school massacre on Tuesday, which claimed the lives of 14 children and a teacher, was the country’s second in 10 days and sparked outrage and astonishment at the country’s continued inability to address the country’s scourge of gun violence.

Our nation’s capital has one of the strictest gun-control laws in the United States.

The Post points out, “D.C. Police Chief Peter Newsham has identified illegal firearms as a major factor fueling homicides.”

But how is that possible? Given that the city has such strict gun-control laws, how is it possible that people are still being killed by guns?

The answer is very simple. People who are willing to murder people don’t give a hoot about gun-control laws. Why should they? If they get caught, prosecuted, and convicted of murder, they are going to have to serve a very long jail term, maybe even life in prison. They know that. What difference does it make if a judge adds another 5 years for violating some gun-control law?

In other words, to order to make D.C. a gun-free society, which is what the gun-control crowd really wants to accomplish, a strict gun-control regime will ultimately be needed all across the country. That means disarming law-abiding people in every state, thereby preventing them from defending themselves against the violent people who don’t care whether they violate gun-control laws.

One of the signs of ruling class collapse is when they can no longer enforce the rules that maintain them as a ruling class. When the Romans started making exceptions to republican governance, it was a matter of time before someone simply decided the rules no longer applied to them. Perhaps the robot historians will consider Obama our Marius or Sulla. Maybe that person is in the near future. Either way, the rule of law is over and what comes next is the rule of men.

Goldman Sachs Research Analyst Shot Dead In NYC Subway

HNewsWire:

A research analyst working for Goldman Sachs was fatally shot and died on a subway train in New York City early on Sunday morning.

According to the New York Times, Daniel Enriquez, who had started working in the research division of Goldman Sachs in 2013, was shot in the chest after an unprovoked assault at around 11:45 a.m. on the northbound Q as it crossed the Manhattan Bridge.

As the train drew into Canal Street, the perpetrator made a hasty getaway.

The shooting on the N train in April, which left over two dozen people wounded, occurred a little more than a month before the incident on the train that took place on Sunday. As a result of the rise in crime around the city, people’s trust in the public transit system has significantly decreased. The Chief Executive Officer of Goldman, David Solomon, referred to Enriquez as a “devoted and cherished” colleague.

In a statement, Solomon expressed his heartfelt condolences to Dan’s family, saying, “We are grieved by this horrible incident and our greatest thoughts are with Dan’s family at this difficult time.” The family of Enriquez apparently only had one message for Mayor Eric Adams, as reported by the New York Post: “Do your job … Take criminal activity off the streets.”

And it was only last week that the mayor begged the CEOs of Wall Street companies to use the train to work in an attempt to get workers to return to their Manhattan headquarters.

Last but not least, Goldman has, as Jim Bianco of Bianco Research points out, “pushed for a return to full-time labor in the office, sometimes known as the “5-0,” more aggressively than almost any other company in the nation. It has been established that they are dealing with a situation that is very close to mutiny.”

Google working with FBI to identify domestic terrorists. Maybe they should focus on the real terrorist it looks again to be the middle eastern sympathizer. U.K. Citizen that hates Americans. This is a terrorism-related matter, in which the Jewish community was targeted, and is being investigated by the joint terrorism task force

Malik Faisal Akram, 44, a British national, interrupted services inside Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, and took four hostages, authorities have said.

On a livestream, he was heard demanding the release of Pakistani-born Aafia Siddiqui, a neuroscientist who is serving an 86-year prison sentence after being convicted for attempting to murder and assault Americans in Afghanistan.

Speaking to reporters on Jan. 15, FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge Matt DeSarno said the suspect “was singularly focused on one issue, and it was not specifically related to the Jewish community.”

“Other than what you heard on the livestream, I’m not ready to add any more about the demands. They were specifically focused on one issue that was not specifically threatening to the Jewish community,” he said.

That was all the FBI said until some 24 hours later, when it said the crime did target the Jewish community and confirmed that the suspect, during negotiations with law enforcement, “spoke repeatedly about a convicted terrorist who is serving an 86-year prison sentence in the United States on terrorism charges.”

“All of us at the FBI are relieved the hostage situation in Colleyville, Texas, was resolved without physical injury to those taken hostage. We never lose sight of the threat extremists pose to the Jewish community and to other religious, racial, and ethnic groups. We have had a close and enduring relationship with the Jewish community for many years. We continue to work tirelessly with the Secure Community Network, the Anti-Defamation League, the Jewish Federation, and others to protect members of the Jewish community from all potential threats,” the bureau also said.

“Preventing acts of terrorism and violence is the No. 1 priority of the FBI. Due to the continuing investigation, we are unable to provide more details at this time.”

President Joe Biden told reporters in Philadelphia earlier on Jan. 16 that what happened “was an act of terror.”

The president said he instructed Attorney General Merrick Garland “to make sure we got the word out to synagogues and places of worship that we’re not going to tolerate this, that we have this capacity to deal with the assaults on particularly the antisemitism that has grown up.”

The gun the suspect carried was purchased on the street, and Akram, who only recently arrived in the country, spent his first night in the United States in a homeless shelter, according to Biden.

“I don’t think there is sufficient information to know about why he targeted that synagogue or why he insisted on the release of someone who’s been in prison for over 10 years, why he was engaged-why he was using anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli comments,” Biden said.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other Muslim groups have for years called for the release of Siddiqui, alleging she didn’t commit any crimes. An event was held by CAIR in support of her in Plano, Texas, last month and an online fundraiser took place a month before that.

A lawyer for Akram and CAIR‘s Dallas-Fort Worth chapter issued a joint statement over the weekend condemning the hostage-taking and calling for all hostages to be released.

“Whoever the assailant is, we want him to know that his actions are condemned by Dr. Aafia and her family. His actions are heinous and wrong. Her case must be addressed through the courts of law. Dr. Aafia and her family are praying for this situation to resolve peacefully. We implore you to immediately release the hostages and turn yourself in,” they said.

Law enforcement officials told reporters that the incident, which lasted nearly the entire day, ended when an elite FBI hostage rescue team that flew down from Washington breached the synagogue around 9 p.m. local time and rescued the three hostages, who didn’t require medical care.

Rabbi Charlie Cytron-Walker, one of those taken hostage, told news outlets in a statement that security courses he took from various organizations helped during the crisis.

He said on CBS on Jan. 17 that in the last hour of the crisis, he and the two others with him became increasingly concerned as the hostage-taker grew irritated over not getting what he wanted.

The rabbi spotted an opportunity where the gunman wasn’t in a good position and talked quietly with the other hostages.

“I told them to go, I threw a chair at the gunman, and I headed for the door. And all three of us were able to get out without even a shot being fired,” he said.

One hostage had been released earlier in the day.

The suspect died, authorities said. How that happened wasn’t entirely clear.

An investigation was planned into “the shooting incident,” FBI official DeSarno said.
