Patient-Doctor to Strong Health Conglomerate
People have always relied on friends, family, and neighbors to stay social. Wellness and trust, the core of relationships, depend on this.
Colds can be treated in many ways by doctors worldwide. Some may give you a flu vaccination, prescribe some little medication, or encourage you to drink hot soup and rest. An unusual Latin American or Southeast Asian treatment may work as well as a U.S. drugstore product. Given their tools, well-trained doctors know what they’re doing.
Any society’s health system has been built on the patient-doctor interaction. Under evidence-based medicine, guidance from the CDC, FDA, or other health agencies is nonbinding, allowing practitioners to make their own decisions based on patient knowledge.
Doctors must obtain consent from patients before treating or operating. Most doctors still practice medicine ethically and with real medical knowledge, abilities, and experience.
Modern medicine and biotechnology have made health and medicine big industries, despite generations of tradition. Hence, resource allocation and wealth distribution progressively affect health care quality.
. During the epidemic, lockdowns, mandates, the rush of drugs and vaccines, insurance plans deciding diagnosis, and more were used to safeguard the people.
International agencies like the WHO are too arbitrary for many people to consider important. It was founded by the UN to coordinate global health challenges and resources to combat polio, AIDS, and COVID. But its latest planned reform raises serious concerns about the WHO becoming a worldwide quasi-regime.
The WHO is facing revisions to the International Health Regulations Agreement. Since 1969, the World Health Assembly has amended the IHR to encompass six diseases. Although the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) denied transparency during the 2003 SARS outbreak, a completely updated version was adopted in 2005.
The IHR requires WHO nations to detect, assess, report, and respond to international public health crises. China’s deception and lack of transparency during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at its start, included data sharing, permitting a virus origins investigation, and the recent unprecedented surge in infections and deaths when the country loosened its zero-COVID limits.
Due to these international events, the WHO has published several IHR changes that will increase its global health emergency capability. For instance, the WHO will be able to respond to future emergencies and allow the director general to produce and distribute medication as needed.
If the modifications pass, the WHO will be able to control misinformation and overrule national health measures. This threatens WHO member sovereignty.
“Respect for the dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms of persons” was substituted with “equity” and “inclusivity” in Article 3 of the IHR, another surprising modification.
The WHO’s recent changes also make the IHR law, giving it as much power as a governing body with legal jurisdiction and enforcement.
Due to their ambiguity, the aforementioned modifications and others are concerning. The revisions do not specify how much funding countries must give, which could increase corruption in underdeveloped countries.
Multiple-Risk Global Health Certificate System

The QR-code system tracked your movements and utilized an algorithm to assess infection risk. Your hotel room was paid for before you came via this QR-code technology.
Codes were supposedly colored yellow or red (showing illness) for citizens who protested the strict pandemic measures taken by an administration that disregards human rights. An invasive system might eliminate privacy and self-determination, imposing an Orwellian regime on citizens.
The health certificate system seems harmless, yet it might help construct a global government. It could help achieve globalism without public backing.
The WHO wants more than health certificates from the global government. The agency wants an International Negotiation Body (INB) with pandemic prevention, readiness, and response powers.
Control may employ the INB.
The zero draft for the INB, initiated in 2022 and revised in February 2023, calls for an international organization with authority exceeding some, if not most, governments to respond to the next global health emergency. It cites the “catastrophic failure of the international community in showing solidarity and equity in response to the… pandemic” in its preamble.
The INB also includes the five-year “One Health” project to combat global zoonotic illnesses. The INB would represent the WHO “superpower,” while the IHR would legitimize the arbitrary government. The World Bank would fund these efforts.
One issue remains as the WHO prepares to expand its power: were people satisfied with the pandemic response? Japan and South Korea, among others, are dissatisfied with the WHO’s efforts.
Nations’ opinions on the WHO’s pandemic response vary.
The WHO’s policies further exacerbate social separation. Many seem divided between implementing a private health passport and a government-operated health passport that can be used for vaccination or other purposes.

Doesn’t the WHO need an objective post-COVID evaluation before amending? This raises questions about the WHO’s supervisor and if it can be held liable for failing to tackle a major public health problem. Before making improvements, resolve these issues.
So, the WHO’s lack of openness and accountability procedures may be a major issue. The proposed new order also lacks checks and balances.
By May 2024, all 194 WHO states will vote on the adjustments and finalize the new INB, which could affect decades of livelihoods.
Are these modifications well-known? Shouldn’t there be more public and open debates for transparency to demonstrate what’s coming if the revisions are adopted? Why is the mainstream media ignoring this?
