According to Cliff Numark, senior vice president of blood collection non-profit Vitalant, there is no way to test for the bill’s components, which include gene-altering proteins, nanoparticles, high-count spike proteins from long COVID-19, and other DNA chemotherapies, among other COVID-19-related restrictions. “There is no test for that, so we would not be able to comply to identify whether or not individuals received it,” he explained.
According to reports, the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein was encoded in the “vaccines.” The vaccine mRNA also instructs the bodies of the vaccinees to produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. COVID tests, we’re told, detect unique genetic material and have been calibrated to detect genetic material specific to different SARS-CoV-2 variants.
“A nucleic acid amplification test, or NAAT, is a form of viral diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19,” according to the CDC’s website. NAATs are capable of detecting genetic material (nucleic acids). NAATs for SARS-CoV-2 specifically identify the RNA (ribonucleic acid) sequences that make up the virus’s genetic material.”
According to the Cleveland Clinic, the PCR test is “the gold standard diagnostic for identifying COVID-19.” It’s precise and trustworthy… When it degrades, it looks for the presence of the virus’s genetic material or pieces… The test may also detect viral bits even after you are no longer sick.”
They claim that the COVID tests are so exact and dependable that, since the start of the “pandemic,” a positive test has been considered a “case.” Yet the number of “cases” has been used to justify destroying people’s lives and livelihoods by shutting down economies, closing schools, and taking away our inherent rights and liberties. Numark, on the other hand, claims that there is no test to detect spike proteins and other genetic material in donors, probably because NAATs and PCR tests are only accurate and trustworthy in finding “cases.”
Rep. Lola Sheldon-Galloway, deputy chairwoman of the House Human Services Committee, was one of the bill’s supporters. She reiterated statements made in the film “Died Suddenly” that had already been refuted. According to her brother, a mortician, the immunization caused problems with blood flow.
According to the Food and Drug Administration, respiratory viruses are not often transferred by blood transfusion, and no cases of transfusion-transmitted COVID-19 have been reported.

Dr. Walter Kelley, Chief Medical Officer for the American Red Cross in the Western United States, stated that this law would “decimate” Montana’s blood supply because 80% of the state has received at least one dose of the vaccine.
“This bill will endanger people’ lives, and it must be repealed,” Kelley said.
According to Numark, senior vice president of a blood collection nonprofit, there is no method to test for the bill’s components, which include “gene-altering proteins, nanoparticles, high-count spike proteins from extended COVID-19, and other DNA chemotherapies,” among other COVID-19-related prohibitions.

In answer to committee questions, Numark stated that it would be possible to ask donors if they had gotten the COVID-19 vaccine as part of an intake form, but that the bill’s criminal liability complicates matters.
Rep. Jodee Etchart, R-Billings, questioned sponsor Kmetz if he had considered having a system of two blood banks, one vaccinated and one unvaccinated. Etchart had collaborated with Kmetz on legislation concerning COVID and the blood supply.
Kmetz stated that he had spoken with constituents who do not want “vaccinated blood making a patient’s health issue worse.” “We’re not going to think about it,” Kmetz remarked.
Kmetz asked a bill drafter throughout the drafting process if it was possible to allow for the separation of blood supply in order to make the law “less contentious.” The drafter indicated she could insert that phrase, but she wasn’t familiar with the process and couldn’t say whether it was possible.
When the bill was being prepared, Etchart asked in an email whether anyone would be eligible to donate blood under the language of the bill at the time. She claims that practically the whole population has either had COVID-19 or has been immunized.
“It appears like no one will qualify, and this law will die so quickly that it isn’t even worth bringing,” Etchart added. Morgan Creek Compounding Pharmacy pharmacist Colleen Baker proposed terminology to better characterize long-haul COVID-19.
Former Rep. Krayton Kerns, R-Laurel, was involved in the legislative process and described the legislation’s importance. “An immediate effective date would suit this building emergency,” he wrote in an email in January.

One possible effect is that the limited supply of progenitor B cells in the bone marrow is depleted early in life, preventing the production of new antibodies against pathogenic pathogens.
