Virginia Sheriff Deputy: ‘I’m Not Gonna Enforce An Unconstitutional Law’
The pro-gun demonstration drew twenty-two thousand people, who peacefully protested several gun control measures that Virginia Governor Ralph Northam was proposing for the 2020 session of the Virginia General Assembly. The conclusion of this rally now has Virginia gun owners pondering where to go from there. The path to bringing about pro-gun policy at the state level appears to be at a dead-end, at least in the short term, after Democrats secured control over all branches of government in the 2019 general elections.
They are turning the people against each other, it’s actually demonic…
Those who believe in a leviathan spirit use references to the creature described in the book of Job and in verses such as Isaiah 27:1. The biblical descriptions are then given an entirely spiritual interpretation, rather than a physical one. Of special emphasis is the relationship of the Hebrew word liw’yā’tān to the concept of “twisting” or “coiling.” Based on this, and little else, believers in the “leviathan spirit” extrapolate the existence of a specific demonic entity—“the leviathan spirit” or “the spirit of leviathan”—that oppresses people. The leviathan spirit is the cause of twisting the meaning of people’s words, turning people against each other, and instigating unrest.

Although there was tremendous euphoria right after Lobby Day concluded, Virginia Democrats did not waste time in showcasing their newly held political power, quickly passing a red flag gun-confiscation bill. Red flag laws are in vogue with gun control boosters, and Virginia is looking to be the eighteenth state that will implement it. In all likelihood, gun owners will have a rough time during the 2020 session of the Virginia General Assembly based on this political reality. There are tons of doomsday predictions of a demographic shift taking place in Virginia and the possibility that Republicans may never be able to take control of all branches of the state government again.
Virginia Could be Sailing in Uncharted Waters
Nonetheless, the highly publicized Second Amendment “sanctuary” movement has created a new set of opportunities for gun owners in Virginia to exploit. Recent developments indicate that gun politics could create a political realignment in Virginia.
First off, the president of Liberty University Jerry Falwell Jr. boldly called for Virginians to exercise civil disobedience in the case that the Virginia state government passes gun control this year. Falwell took it a step further, even suggesting that the limits of the District of Columbia be extended to include the entire DC metro region, which has effectively sprawled out into northern Virginia. “That’s what the founders intended, was for the federal district to be separate from any state because they have a conflict of interest and they never anticipated it would sprawl out as far as it has,” Falwell argued.
A similar jurisdictional shake-up could possibly take place, thanks to several West Virginia house delegates putting a resolution forward, HCR 8, which would allow Virginia sanctuary counties to join the state. These delegates believe that Virginia sanctuary counties’ rights would be better protected under West Virginia’s jurisdiction. West Virginia governor Jim Justice is also on record as being in support of these counties joining his state: “If you’re not truly happy where you are,” Justice said, “we stand with open arms to take you from Virginia.” The lawmakers do raise a good point about West Virginia’s pro-gun environment.
In 2016, West Virginia became a constitutional carry state—where law-abiding citizens are allowed to carry a firearm without having to obtain a permit. This, along with other pro-gun policies it has implemented during the last few years, has allowed West Virginia to build a solid reputation as a gun-friendly state. In 2019, Guns and Ammo ranked West Virginia the fifteenth best state for gun owners, whereas Virginia occupied a mediocre thirty-first place—a ranking that will likely fall steeply if anti-gun Democrats have their way during the 2020 session of the Virginia General Assembly.
But it doesn’t have to end this way.
Are Sanctuary Counties the Way to Go?
Michael Boldin of the Tenth Amendment Center brought up some valid concerns about how so-called Second Amendment sanctuary resolutions employ a misleading term given that they don’t have legal force behind them. On the other hand, sanctuary cities dealing with immigration enforcement—where local law enforcement does not cooperate with federal immigration enforcers—involve a more decisive political action that is not symbolic in nature. We may need to cut the Second Amendment movement some slack, however. This is a relatively new territory for Second Amendment proponents, who have traditionally operated under the premise that federal lobbying or petitioning of the courts will save them. There will be learning curves through this process, but gun owners will have to start somewhere.
Even politicians at the federal level, such as Kentucky Senator Rand Paul and Congressman Thomas Massie, are throwing their support behind Second Amendment sanctuaries. They recognize that there is only so much they can do politically in DC. Should any type of roll call vote come up on pro-gun legislation, they would almost assuredly be in the minority. That’s the political reality on Capitol Hill, and gradually more and more constitutionalists are starting to recognize where the winds are blowing. Hence their forays into more local and state-level forms of activism.
Second Amendment Activists Would Be Wise Not to Fall for the Federal Court Trap
Based on personal experience working within the gun lobby, I have noticed a tendency among activists to think that conventional methods of politics will bring constitutionalism back to America. Many envision repealing numerous infringements at the federal level, such as the National Firearms Act of 1934, as a first step in reversing decades of government overreach. Although well-intentioned, this kind of mindset is outdated and ignores how detached both political parties at the federal level have become from upholding traditional American civil liberties. Further, it disregards how unreliable the Supreme Court has been, both in upholding Second Amendment rights and striking down unconstitutional measures that have been established through federal law or bureaucratic mandates.
Sure, DC v. Heller and McDonald v. Chicago expanded the Second Amendment to state and local policy. The result was an expansion of legal protections for gun owners, for now. But it would behoove us to look at the bigger picture. The same federal courts that might “restore” positive freedoms on occasion are just as capable of reverting to their managerial tendencies by legislating from the bench and nullifying gun rights. These court cases make for great fundraising opportunities and public relations stunts, showing how a gun organization is sticking it to the gun control crowd, but they don’t do much to curb state growth. Litigation consumes time, talent, and treasure that could otherwise be allocated to more grassroots activities such as full-fledged nullification measures or even bolder efforts involving plebiscites in which certain jurisdictions break away from their oppressive state governments.
As the days go by, the School House Rock version of politics that Americans have been accustomed to has increasingly become a distant memory, thanks to DC’s thorough embrace of managerial politics. So, no matter who’s in charge, politics is business as usual, which means more government growth at the expense of local jurisdictions and civil society. However, politics is the art of the possible, especially when people appreciate the value of American federalism and all of its implications. The opportunities are endless, provided that people break free from the conventional wisdom they’ve been fed about political action and start acting locally. Gun rights issues could be the catalyst that kicks off a decentralization revolution America desperately needs.
As Movement Spreads Throughout the Country…
Democrats overreach when they are in power — that’s just what they do — and newly-empowered Virginia Democrats are no different.
The state already had a Democrat governor — Ralph “Coon Man” Northam — and Democrats managed to capture both chambers of the state legislature last November for the first time in years.
And what did they do? Almost immediately Democrats began pledging to pass restrictive new gun control laws that include provisions to empower local law enforcement with the authority to confiscate lawfully owned firearms that would suddenly become unlawful under new bans (think ‘assault weapons’).
Though Democrats have not formally taken control yet, they will in just a few short weeks. And there’s no indication yet that anyone gun proposal is going to pass. But Virginians aren’t waiting around to see their Second Amendment rights shattered again by Left-wing anti-gun sycophants.
A “gun sanctuary” movement began in the state some weeks ago as local jurisdictions — county boards and city councils — passed ordinances declaring they would not enforce any new gun control laws (especially those requiring police to confiscate guns) they believe violated the spirit and the letter of the Second Amendment (which says that the ‘right to keep and bear firearms shall not be infringed,’ period).
That movement has now encompassed some 90 percent of the state’s counties and local jurisdictions, sending a giant middle finger to Richmond and to the Democrat majority that they can find a way to enforce new gun laws without their assistance.
“I did not think it would be that high of a number,” said sanctuary advocate and Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins, in an interview with the Washington Examiner.
“It’s an organic thing that just took off after Election Day. Elections have consequences, and this is the result. This has truly rocked the conservative, libertarian group’s core. It has really shaken a lot of them awake. They are fully awake,” he added.
Clearly, Virginians aren’t going to just sit back and take it.
There are no ‘reasonable gun laws’ because all of them ‘infringe’ on ownership

Remarkably, the effort has not seen a big push from the National Rifle Association. Local groups, notably the Virginia Citizens Defense League, have led the campaign that has brought thousands of gun-rights advocates to county board meetings.
It has also become the national model for the movement that has now reached Illinois, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, and Tennessee. Illinois is credited with starting the movement.
Supporters of gun sanctuaries posted pictures of jam-packed county and city courthouses and council meeting rooms filled to the brim with concerned citizens who came to show their opposition to the denial of a basic civil right.

The auditorium is pretty close to capacity with a steady stream of folks still coming inside. We’re almost ready to begin the meeting with at least 350 in attendance and more on the way.
Virginians are outraged at the prospective new laws and many gun owners are openly defiant. Counties, cities, and municipalities across the state are decrying the unconstitutional new laws and they are getting organized.
When gun owners were threatened with the National Guard to enforce compliance, it only seemed to accelerate the Second Amendment Sanctuary movement. One county officially established a militia and more sure to follow, either officially or unofficially.
This is a battle of wills that’s being watched closely around the country. Where Virginia goes, the nation will follow, whether that’s compliance or outright refusal.
Gun control advocates may have chosen the wrong state as a testing ground. The state government seems to have underestimated the unflinching resolve of rural residents. So far, despite the state government’s threats and posturing, Virginians seem unbowed and gun owners across the nation are supporting them.
Our government has been overthrown. As evidenced by Trump’s capitulation on the border, his recent servitude to the GMO industry and his acquiescence to the warmongers, our President has been compromised. Our liberties are being eliminated one by one. Gun confiscation is next. The Constitution is gasping its last breaths. Our borders are destroyed and our culture has been turned upside down by every perversion known to man.

This is a somewhat false perception, which has not come from the Bible itself, but is one of those deceptions that grows legs and takes on a life of it’s own, as if it were the truth. Then we all believe it, yet it has no place it can be found in the Bible, to any extent of what it has become. He may “say” he is about peace, security and well-being for about a week, but then he will begin his 3-1/2 year reign of destruction and death, since his name is “death” and hell follows with him – as I hope to demostrate below. He will kill 1/4th of mankind in his 42 month reign, before Jesus arrives and kills him, and sends His angels to GATHER His Elect off the earth from God’s wrath that then begins at the 7th Seal. Armageddon is 3-1/2 years later, where Jesus finally sets foot on the earth, and the 144,000 who were left through God’s wrath and protected, are GATHERED then. There is not one moment, a one time event that we ALL are taken at the exact same time, called the “Rapture”. It is more complex than that. Yes, we are taken in the blink of an eye, but not all at the exact same time. “The dead in Christ shall rise first” is the beast example. Daniel 12 is another, concerning the 45 day span – “He who waits and endures to the 1,335th day”. “Rapture” is a misleading term, created to mislead, which if God intended it’s meaning as such He would have used it. “Rapture” defines a one moment one time event, which is NOT how it happens. A GATHERING takes a little time. Same as a Gathering of the grapes or a harvest. It is not done in 1 second. No place in the Bible is this said. It is only assumed and made truth by repeating. The “Gathering” is done over a span of a couple weeks, or in the context of Daniel – 45 DAYS, and then again at Armageddon 3-1/2 years later with the 144,000.
The two groups of the Elect of Revelation 7 are gathered 3-1/2 years apart. Few know this. Few realize or comprehend that the “son of perdition” is the rider of the 4th horse. That is another LIE, that he is the rider of the “white horse”. I say PROVE IT! No place in scripture is this confirmed, in any legitimate manner. Yet many base their faith upon it as if it was said by God. It does not say such. It is just repeated until it is perceived as truth, like so many other lies. Just as the Media does with propaganda. I can prove he is the rider named Death, ten times over – the DESTROYER. Many lies have crept in, having no basis in scripture, that have been used to continue the lies of satan, which mislead us unto our destruction when the day comes that this Abomination arrives literally claiming to be Christ – the False Messiah.
The truth is, the “man of sin’ is a “king” possessed by 1 of the 7 satans described by Enoch, who’s original name is Azazel. ALL SIN was ascribed unto Azazel by God (the “man of sin” is who he possesses), for wronging mankind. Azazel is the 1st “star” that came down to the earth, BEFORE the 200, which were also called the “watchers”, in Enoch. Angels are called stars because they shine like the sun – like a star. Enoch describes them around God’s throne, saying: “they appeared as flames of fire, but could assume the form of a man whenever they wished”. This speaks much to understanding Revelation and other scripture, especially the “Transfiguration”. This is exactly what Jesus did. He transformed into a form of power which is called the form of an “angel”. Not being in the form of flesh.
Azazel was punished above all others, for wronging mankind. God commanded: “Ascribe all sin unto Azazel”.”Bind Azazel hand and foot in darkness in a pit. Cover his face that he should see no light. And at the consummation he shall be led off to the Abyss.” Another confirmation that Azazel is the leader of these satans is written in Enoch: “See how the Elect One judgeth Azazel and his host”. Jesus Himself is the “Elect One”. No doubt exists to that fact. Azazel is also known as Apollyon and Abaddon. What many do not know, which is paramount to understanding and discerning the rest of the story with all it’s connections, is that he is also called Osiris. The entire story (which has not been blatantly obscured and removed by Wikipedia, etc.) of Osiris the Underworld and Horus, connects to who and what the anti-Christ is. Osiris/Apollyon is the rider of the pale horse, in the form of the manifestation of his soul escaped the Underworld/Bottomless Pit which possesses the 1st beast of Revelation 13, which is the man of sin/son of perdition. The angel of the Bottomless Pit is Osiris, aka the Destroyer/Apollyon/Abaddon/Azazel/Shiva, etc.. Understanding the “Avatars” is requisite to comprehending what takes place with the anti-Christ. The body of the king is merely an Avatar for this leader of the 7 satans, Azazel/Osiris, who’s soul is temporarily escaped the Pit and manifest to come upon the earth and possess him – while his body remains imprisoned in the Pit – in “Perdition” (soul separated from the body – in complete and utter death and destruction). This has taken place 6 times since the Flood, beginning with Nimrod.
The eye over the pyramid symbolizes this manifestation of his soul alone, of Osiris come forth from the Underworld to possess a king. A pyramid is a vortex, mathematically, and represents a conduit, portal, doorway or gate. A “star-gate” to the dimension of the Underworld. The eye is the window to the soul. The eye alone without the body is the soul alone without the body. Horus’ “Right eye the sun, left eye the moon, sky his body” symbolizes TWO souls in one body. Two separate entities in one body. The moon has no power in and of itself. The sun is the source of the power. The “sun god”. The Masonic REBIS image depicts this also, and the 7 manifestations described by Revelation 17. Apollyon/Osiris is the 7th king of Revelation 17, which is also the 1st beast of Revelation 13 – the anti-Christ.
When Jesus comes at the 6th Seal (which He must) to send His angels to Gather His Elect before God’s throne, the “stars of heaven fall to the earth”, (which are the “4 angels standing at the 4 corners of the earth” – 4 of the 7 satans – part of “the great red dragon”) which is the culmination of the war in heaven of Revelation 12, where the “great red dragon” is cast out of heaven. Rev 12 shows us – “NOW is come Salvation”, “for the accuser has been cast down”. Revelation 6-7 and Revelation 12:7-12 are the SAME EVENTS. You will find the proofs and parallels when you look and COMPARE. If you care to, which few seem to do. The fact is, the 1st Seal is the beginning of that war in heaven, and the rider of the white horse is Michael – gone forth conquering satans kingdom and power, and to do so again at the end of the 1,000 year reign of Jesus. The rider of the pale horse is the 1st beast/anti-Christ. The 6th Seal is the end of war in heaven, when the “stars of heaven”, are cast out. Those seen standing before God’s throne at the 6th Seal, who “came out of great tribulation” and “washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb” only get there ONE WAY – because Jesus has come to send His angels to Gather them there (yet God’s wrath then begins with the 7th Seal, and Armageddon comes 3-1/2 years later, after that wrath has been poured out). After the 7th Seal at the 5th trumpet, Apollyon/Osiris is FREED from the Pit to rise in his OWN SKIN as the 2nd Beast. This is the False Prophet, who at Armageddon is cast alive into the lake of fire with the “image” of the 1st beast – which HE possessed until Jesus came at the 6th Seal and killed him. He is the “8th” of Revelation 17, who possesses the 7 kings through time.
A couple of last points of concern. Osiris is called the “king of the Underworld and Death”, and is most always colored GREEN and sometimes black. Some translations of Revelation 6 say pale “green” horse. “Rider named death with hell following” is the exact description of Osiris. This confirms he is the rider of the pale horse and not the white horse. He will not come pretyending to bring peace to deceive, unless it helps him to destroy. He will immediately bring what his name “the Destroyer” represents. He is a powerful angel with utter hatred for mankind. He will waste littel time in proceeding to kill 1/4th of mankind in his short 42 month reign before Jesus arrives and kills him – “by the brightness of His coming and wr4od of His mouth”, which is quite different that being cast into a Lake of Fire. Now I hope you understand why. Zecheriah 11:17 is another confirmation of Osiris being the spirit of the anti-Christ. His right eye (“right eye the sun” – sun god) and upraised arm (Literally called “the god with the upraised arm”) are the symbols of Horus’ power – being rebuked by God. Horus is the king/pharaoh that Osiris possesses. Osiris is the “idol shepherd”, and always holds the shepherds crook. He is depicted as an idol to worship. Look how many of these physical “idols” of Osiris have been found and exist today, which were worshiped in ancient times – and still are by Masons, especially Shriners and satanists. Are there more ancient physical “idols” of any other specific false god on earth today? No. You will prove and confirm all I have shared here, because it is all the truth.
