What is the meaning of 'EXCESSIVE MORTALITY' information?
Very basic summation;
Government's Agencies publish reports using generational historical data averages reflecting the expected projected seasonal levels in general on various topics for the national averages, by age groups or by various zones of the nation etc., etc. actual versus as a calculated EXPECTED norm. Year after year the mortality ranges of the previous years are posted on the respective charts. Then to these charts the actual reported current data is posted to reflect the increased excess or decrease mortality status over the same period of the previous years' data.
The Excessive Mortality Report reflects if the actual reported death totals show to have either increased over the expected average moralities curve line or have decreased below the expected average moralities curve line .
