The problem with the pundits in our society is that they don’t understand what hate is and where it originates. For the answer, one only need to turn to the Architect’s blueprint for life.
The Left, a broad term for Liberal Socialist Democrats that can only be explained fully by using the Bible explanation of the human race is as follows. A servant of Satan, because you are either saved or lost. This election has brought out the true nature of who you serve. Simply put, it’s Donald Trump, Conservatives, and Christians against the rest of the world. The Left’s Love applies only to those who believe as they do. They Love evil and commit Anarchy against those who love good. They are governed by lies and never tell the truth. On this Friday, Inaugural Day for the swearing-in of Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States the Left wants to commit widespread Anarchy to shut down the swearing-in ceremony. Their goal of transforming America, which was founded in Judea Christian values into a Pagan Nation is almost complete. Their goal has always been the total removal of God from American society and the downfall of America. Donald Trump says he is a Presbyterian, but he left off the USA, an apostate church.
In Matthew’s account of the gospel, the religious folk of Jesus’ day came and asked Him why His disciples did not wash their hands when they ate bread? to which Jesus responded…
“Hear, and understand: Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man… Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart, and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with un-washen hands defileth not a man.
The content of a person’s heart is what dictates their actions. Whether it is an act of love or hate, it originates in the heart and manifests itself through the acts of the individual. What determines the content of one’s heart, is not a flag that flies in their yard or the images on the clothes they wear, it has to do with the resident spirit in an individual’s heart and that is either a spirit of Christ or Satan.
Consider the words of Jesus when the religious leaders sought to kill Him.. “you do the works of your father the devil”. Herein lies the problem, the society does not want to acknowledge the spiritual conflict, so they cannot discern the sign of the times
The Economic Doomsday is here. The second financial bubble is going to soon burst, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. The Federal Reserve has set up the American economy for financial collapse for printing trillions of dollars back in 2008 and 2009. The next crash is coming, and the decision by central banks to paper over their economy’s troubles with a massive injection of debt likely means that the next economic collapse and stock market crash is already overdue.
“The Federal Reserve’s policies of printing trillions of dollars back in ’08-09 have locked into place a serious financial crisis at some point in our future,” Going so far as to intimate the financial collapse and market crash will occur at least sometime in the next two years, “It’s unavoidable, and even Donald Trump can’t stop it.”
Top economists predict that within the next 18-24 months, the imminent economic collapse will happen. The Federal Reserve has set up the American economy for financial collapse and market crash for printing trillions of dollars back in 2008 and 2009.
The Federal Reserve’s policies of printing trillions of dollars back in ’08-09 have locked into place a serious financial crisis….
‘Listen Up! The Financial Elite Will Soon Prevent You Accessing Your Own Money!’
I have warned for a long time that the Federal Reserve is planning to destroy the U.S. economy by printing the U.S. dollar in exponentially riskier quantities until it blows off the charts and crashes, and by easing credit and rates until the average individual and corporate debt loads are so enormous that the resulting massive distortions in the economy suddenly bring on an economic heart attack, leaving no possibility of a short or even medium-term recovery. That day is here!
What is one to do? Dwell in the secret place of the Highest, abide under the shadow of the Almighty. You will find Him a refuge, a fortress, a God in whom you can trust. His name is Yeshua ha Mashiach.
The Economic Collapse of America is imminent. After President Donald Trump Speech on congress, nobody should have any more doubt that the American economy has been in the process of Collapsing.
Donald Trump speaks to a joint session of Congress is being hailed as his best speech ever. Even CNN’s Van Jones praised Trump, which shocked many observers. Jones said that when Donald Trump honored the widow of slain Navy Seal Ryan Owens that it “was one of the most extraordinary moments you have ever seen in American politics”, and Jones believes that Trump “became President of the United States at that moment”. But the president speech is not just being praised for that one moment. He detailed many of the most important problems that our nation is facing, and he explained his prescription for addressing those problems.
Hopefully, his words helped people to understand that our problems did not get fixed just because he got elected. It is going to take extraordinary action to fix those problems , because our problems run very deep. In particular, the president made an exceedingly strong case that the U.S. economy has been badly deteriorating for a very long period of time. The following are 11 quotes from Donald Trump speech to Congress that show that the U.S. economy is in a state of collapse…
1 “Ninety-four million Americans are out of the labor force”
2 “Over 43 million people are now living in poverty”
3 “Over 43 million Americans are on food stamps”
4 “More than one in five people in their prime working years are not working”
5 We have the worst financial recovery in 65 years”
#6 “In the last eight years, the past administration has put on more new debt than nearly all of the other Presidents combined”
#7 “We’ve lost more than one-fourth of our manufacturing jobs since NAFTA was approved”
#8 “We’ve lost 60,000 factories since China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001″
#9 “Our trade deficit in goods with the world last year was nearly 800 billion dollars”
#10 “Obamacare premiums nationwide have increased by double and triple digits. As an example, Arizona went up 116 percent last year alone.”
#11 “We’ve spent trillions and trillions of dollars overseas, while our infrastructure at home has so badly crumbled”
The second financial bubble is going to soon burst, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
America, a Nation Headed for Destruction
What does a nation in bondage look like?
Will the U.S. Dollar Collapse?
The question isn’t if the U.S. Dollar will collapse… but rather, when.
What would cause a U.S. economic collapse? The United States cannot sustain the national debt that it got at $22 trillion. As the national debt continues to increase, interest rates must go up as well.
If America’s debt is soo massive, why hasn’t it collapsed yet? The answer is simple: Major economies like Japan, China, and the European Union still invest in the US economy. Also, the U.S. accurately pays off its bonds worth trillions of dollars a year.
Events that could trigger the U.S. Dollar collapse
First of all, the Federal Reserve starts to print too much paper money to pay for politicians’ spending program (Social security, Medicare, defense spending, debt servicing) creating hyperinflation in the United States.
Next, China implements its nuclear option to dump its U.S. Treasuries holdings. China is the world’s biggest U.S. Treasury investor, owning over $1.12 trillion. By continuously purchasing U.S treasuries, it keeps borrowing costs very low for U.S. companies and government. By dumping its Treasury holdings, bond yields would increase, and interest rates will rise, making it very expensive for the U.S. government and companies to borrow fund their operations, budget deficits, and savings shortfalls. To avoid this problem, the Federal Reserve has been stepping in to buy U.S. Treasury bonds. It may not be in China’s interest to dump its U.S treasuries, but it definitely has the power to do it. If China does, other US debt holding countries could also dump their U.S. debt holdings, causing panic.
Food Crisis queuing case of a food shortage you should be aware that grocery stores only have about 3 days of food in stock. People will rush and buy as much as they can so probably the food will vanish in less than a day or hours. So if anything was to disrupt the food supply chain for an extended period of time, there would be chaos in most communities. It’s very important to start preparing NOW. There are several ways to start. The choice you make should depend on the event you are preparing for. Of course, the best way is to prepare for all scenarios including long periods.
Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to naught: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
The counsel of the LORD standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
From the place of his habitation, he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. A horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.
Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
A nation that was once blessed of the LORD, but she has since forgotten Him, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which they were obligated to do.
A nation that has eaten and is full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein; A nation whose herds and flocks, silver and gold, and all that she has, has been multiplied;
Then her heart was lifted up, and she forgot the LORD her God, which brought her forth into a prosperous land, from a house of bondage;
She was led of the LORD, time and time again through periods of great uncertainty and chaos; He walked with her through the wilderness and carried her when she could not go in her own strength, that he might prove unto her, to do unto her good at thy latter end.
But she said in her heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth. She would do well to remember the LORD her God: for it is he that giveth her power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto her fathers, as it is this day.
And it shall be, when she forgets the LORD her God, and walks after other gods, and serve them, and worships them, The LORD testifies against her, that in that day she shall surely perish. As the nations which the LORD destroyed before her face, so shall she perish; because she would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD her God.
When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting. By the blessing of the upright, the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.
It is the Voice of a God, and Not of Man
Same-sex marriage in the United States expanded from one state in 2004 to all fifty states in … In June 2015, the Supreme Court ruled in the landmark civil rights case of Obergefell v. Hodges that the fundamental right of same-sex couples
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Rom 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenant-breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same but have pleasure in them that do them.
His eternal power and Godhead has been revealed to America so that we are without excuse.
Our willful rebellion against God has left us a nation that has conjured up vain imaginations of who God is and what He thinks, thereby making decisions that are foolish and contrary to the clear teaching of His word.
For this cause, God has turned our nation over to a reprobate mind. A nation that is imprisoned by our vain and evil thoughts. Minds and actions that have to succumb to every kind of wickedness, sin, deception, malicious behavior, a nation that has positioned itself as a hater of God.
A nation that has heard of God’s pending judgment, yet chooses to shake its fist in the face of God, not only by participation of the wickedness but by the proliferation of the same through its laws is very unwise. For by the blessing of the upright the city is exalted, but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked. America has made herself ready for “the overthrow”.
For the highest court in the land, to know what God’s word says and diametrically oppose it is not only the epitome of rebellion but is willfully choosing to place its people under God’s reprehensible judgment.
Act 12:21 And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne and made an oration unto them.
Act 12:22 And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man.
Act 12:23 And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
It is appointed unto man once to die… then the judgment!
A prophetic view from a word from Malachi-
I pray America will repent if there is any healing in her bruise and if not, may God will have mercy on her.
The vision of Malachi, which he saw concerning America in the days of Bush (the elder), Clinton, Bush (the younger), and Obama, presidents of the United States of America.
Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.
The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib: but America doth not know, my people doth not consider.
Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.
Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.
And this United States is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.
Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.
To what purpose is your worship unto me? saith the LORD: I loathe your Easter and Christmas cantatas, and I delight not in your vacation Bible school.
When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?
Don’t come to Sunday morning worship services, Sunday school or mid-week Bible studies; it is iniquity, even the revival meetings. They are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
How does the faithful city become a harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it, but now murderers.
Thy silver becomes dross, thy wine mixed with water:
Thy government officials are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.
Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries and avenge me of mine enemies:
And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:
And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counselors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.
America shall be redeemed with judgment and her converts with righteousness.
And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together, and they that forsake the LORD shall be consumed.
For they shall be ashamed of the oaks which ye have desired, and ye shall be confounded for the gardens that ye have chosen.
For ye shall be as an oak whose leaf fadeth, and as a garden that hath no water.
And the strong shall be as tow, and the maker of it as a spark and they shall both burn together, and none shall quench them.
Discerning the Signs of the Time
Mat 16:1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
Mat 16:2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
Mat 16:3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather today: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
Mat 16:4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them and departed.
The very Son of God stood before the religious folk of His day and they could not perceive who He was, though He had wrought such mighty works. I fear the same spiritual blindness is about the religious folk of this day.
We learn from history that after the preaching of Jonah, came the prophecy of Nahum. Some 148 years after Nineveh’s repentance God meted out His judgment upon a wicked nation/people.
Nah 1:1 The burden of Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite.
Nah 1:2 God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries and him reserveth wrath for his enemies.
Nah 1:3 The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
Nah 1:4 He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.
Nah 1:5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.
Nah 1:6 Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.
Nah 1:7 The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
Nah 1:8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.
Nah 1:9 What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.
Nah 1:10 For while they are folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry.
Nah 1:11 There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the LORD, a wicked counselor.
Nah 1:12 Thus saith the LORD; Though they are quiet and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.
Nah 1:13, For now, will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.
Nah 1:14 And the LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.
Nah 1:15 Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
The sign of Jonah is sounding forth this day… he who has ears to hear, let him hear what the Spirit saith.
“A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.”
God exhorted Moses in the record of Deuteronomy to consider the people (nation) that experiences the blessing of God and then in turn forgets Him. Prayerfully consider below.
Deu 8:1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.
Deu 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments or no.
Deu 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.
Deu 8:4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.
Deu 8:5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.
Deu 8:6 Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
Deu 8:7 For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
Deu 8:8 A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
Deu 8:9 A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack anything in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
Deu 8:10 When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.
Deu 8:11 Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:
Deu 8:12 Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
Deu 8:13 And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;
Deu 8:14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
Deu 8:15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
Deu 8:16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;
Deu 8:17 And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.
Deu 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
Deu 8:19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.
Deu 8:20 As the nations which the LORD destroyeth before your face, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God.
Imagine a people (nation) that experiences the mercies and grace of God, only to forget and turn away…
It happened with the great city of Nineveh. In 760BC, the prophet Jonah was sent to Nineveh to predict God’s judgment upon a wicked and vile nation. By the grace of God, Nineveh repented of her sin in sackcloth and ashes and was spared the pending judgment.
Approximately 148 years later Nahum the Elkoshite, was sent to Nineveh with the burden from the LORD. They had returned to their wickedness and now was considered of the LORD to have no healing in their bruise 3:19… in the common day vernacular, the disease in their body was so graphic that it can not be cured. It is like going to the doctor and him/her telling you there is nothing we can do for you… you are going to die!
Nah 3:1 Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; the prey departeth not;
Nah 3:2 The noise of a whip, and the noise of the rattling of the wheels, and of the prancing horses, and of the jumping chariots.
Nah 3:3 The horseman lifteth up both the bright sword and the glittering spear: and there is a multitude of the slain and a great number of carcasses, and there is none end of their corpses; they stumble upon their corpses:
Nah 3:4 Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the well-favored harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.
Nah 3:5 Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.
Nah 3:6 And I will cast abominable filth upon thee, and make thee vile, and will set thee as a gazingstock.
Nah 3:7 And it shall come to pass, that all they that look upon thee shall flee from thee, and say, Nineveh is laid waste: who will bemoan her? whence shall I seek comforters for thee?
Nah 3:8 Art thou better than populous No, that was situated among the rivers, that had the waters round about it, whose rampart was the sea, and her wall was from the sea?
Nah 3:9 Ethiopia and Egypt were her strength, and it was infinite; Put and Lubim were thy helpers.
Nah 3:10 Yet was she carried away, she went into captivity: her young children also were dashed in pieces at the top of all the streets: and they cast lots for her honorable men, and all her great men were bound in chains.
Nah 3:11 Thou also shalt be drunken: thou shalt be hid, thou also shalt seek strength because of the enemy.
Nah 3:12 All thy strong holds shall be like fig trees with the firstripe figs: if they are shaken, they shall even fall into the mouth of the eater.
Nah 3:13 Behold, thy people in the midst of thee are women: the gates of thy land shall be set wide open unto thine enemies: the fire shall devour thy bars.
Nah 3:14 Draw thee waters for the siege, fortify thy strong holds: go into clay, and tread the mortar, make strong the brickkiln.
Nah 3:15 There shall the fire devour thee; the sword shall cut thee off, it shall eat thee up like the cankerworm: make thyself many as the cankerworm, make thyself many as the locusts.
Nah 3:16 Thou hast multiplied thy merchants above the stars of heaven: the cankerworm spoileth, and flieth away.
Nah 3:17 Thy crowned are as the locusts, and thy captains as the great grasshoppers, which camp in the hedges in the cold day, but when the sun ariseth they flee away, and their place is not known where they are.
Nah 3:18 Thy shepherds slumber, O king of Assyria: thy nobles shall dwell in the dust: thy people is scattered upon the mountains, and no man gathereth them.
Nah 3:19 There is no healing of thy bruise; thy wound is grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the hands over thee: for upon whom hath not thy wickedness passed continually?
One can only wonder if that is where America is in this day we are living?
There is a reason for prayer. Consider Daniel’s Prayer (Daniel Chapter 9:3-19)….
Dan 9:3 And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:
Dan 9:4 And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;
Dan 9:5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:
Dan 9:6 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
Dan 9:7 O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.
Dan 9:8 O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.
Dan 9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against him;
Dan 9:10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
Dan 9:11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God because we have sinned against him.
Dan 9:12 And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
Dan 9:13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil has come upon us: yet made we, not our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.
Dan 9:14 Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil and brought it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.
Dan 9:15 And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast has gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
Dan 9:16 O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.
Dan 9:17 Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake.
Dan 9:18 O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.
Dan 9:19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.

‘Liberty Without Freedom’
“There are two freedoms: the false where a man is free to do what he likes; and the true where a man is free to do as he ought.” – Charles Kingsley
In 1882, when excavation for the Statue of Liberty pedestal had begun, Mark Twain was asked to author a letter that could be raffled in support for the construction. He sent some money along with a letter that may have been counterproductive to the intended purpose. It read…
You know my weakness for Adam, and you know how I have struggled to get him a monument and failed. Now, it seems to me, here is my chance. What do we care for a statue of liberty when we’ve got the thing itself in its wildest sublimity? What you want of a monument is to keep you in mind of something you haven’t got – something you’ve lost. Very well; we haven’t lost liberty; we’ve lost Adam.
Another thing: What has liberty done for us? Nothing in particular that I know of. What have we done for her? Everything. We’ve given her a home, and a good home too. And if she knows anything, she knows it’s the first time she ever struck that novelty. She knows that when we took her in she had been a mere tramp for 6,000 years, biblical measure. Yes, and we not only ended her troubles and made things soft for her permanently, but we made her respectable – and that she hadn’t ever been before. And now, after we’ve poured out these Atlantics of benefits upon this aged outcast, lo! and behold you, we are asked to come forward and set up a monument to her! Go to. Let her set up a monument to us if she wants to do the clean thing.
But suppose your statue represented her old, bent, clothed in rags, downcast, shame-faced, with the insults and humiliation of 6,000 years, imploring a crust and all hour’s rest for God’s sake at our back door? – come, now you’re shouting! That’s the aspect of her which we need to be reminded of, lest we forget it – not this proposed one, where she’s hearty and well-fed, and holds up her head and flourishes her hospitable schooner of flame, and appears to be inviting all the rest of the tramps to come over. O, go to – this is the very insolence of prosperity.
But, on the other hand – look at Adam. What have we done for Adam? Nothing. What has Adam done for us? Everything. He gave us life, he gave us death, he gave us heaven, he gave us hell. These are inestimable privileges – and remember, not one of them should we have had without Adam. Well, then, he ought to have a monument – for Evolution is steadily and surely abolishing him; and we must get up a monument, and be quick about it, or our children’s children will grow up ignorant that there ever was an Adam. With trifling alterations, this present statue will answer very well for Adam. You can turn that blanket into an ulster without any trouble; part the hair on one side, or conceal the sex of his head with a fire helmet, and at once he’s a man; put a harp and a halo and a palm branch in the left hand to symbolize a part of what Adam did for us, and leave the fire basket just where it is, to symbolize the rest. My friend, the father of life and death and taxes, has been neglected long enough. Shall this infamy be allowed to go on or shall it stop right here?
Is it but a question of finance? Behold the enclosed (paid bank) checks. Use them as freely as they are freely contributed. Heaven knows I would there were a ton of them; I would send them all to you, for my heart is in the sublime work!
– letter circa December 1, 1883
Could it be this seeming liberty that is ignorantly celebrated each 4th of July is the very culprit in the crumbling of our nation’s foundation?
As the eagle was killed by the arrow winged with his own feather, so the hand of the world is wounded by its own skill. – Helen Keller
Is it possible that the very liberties that have allowed us to publicly acknowledge the Divine Creator for 233 years are now being used by the enemies of the cross to suppress and silence the voice of Christianity?
We could liken this abuse of liberty to the energy seen in fire. When possessed and restrained by a responsible society, it is one of the most useful elements that all of humanity has ever known. Yet when it is used in contempt and at the hand of a rebellious spirit, it can be the destruction of not only one’s very life but the entire society.
For an analogy, let’s consider abortion…. the taking of innocent life.
Abraham Lincoln in the 19th Century said: “No one has the right to do what is wrong”… yet our society has taken the liberty of killing 50,000,000 + innocent babies since 1973.
Patrick Henry :
“Three millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us.” War is Inevitable, March 1775.
Samuel Adams :
“The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards.”
Alexander Hamilton :
“The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for among old parchments or musty records. They are written, as with a sunbeam, in the whole volume of human nature by the hand of the Divinity itself, and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power.”
John Adams :
“Wherever the standard of freedom and independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will be America’s heart, her benedictions and prayers, but she goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and vindicator of her own.”
James Madison :
“It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment upon our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution.
The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the question in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle. We revere this lesson too much …to forget it.”
One can not read the writings of our founding fathers and walk away from the fact that they understood our nation’s liberties and freedoms were birthed with both sacrificial human commitment as well as divine intervention. Yet we see our nation walking down a path that seems right to a man, but the end thereof is a path to destruction.
We have seen in these most recent days our president stand before the world and boast that “we are no longer a Christian nation” thereby ascribing a generic association to the True and Living God with all the other gods of religions. We see “these sacred rights of mankind” that Alexander Hamilton talked about in jeopardy of being “erased or obscured by mortal power”.
As we see these sacred rights being constrained it helps one to understand that real freedom is grounded in a liberty that is higher than humanity. True freedom is not…
“a man doing as one likes, but as a man ought”
… and that in obedience to God and His word, for in this we willingly become a bondservant… a spiritual paradox of sorts.
For whatever a man chooses to obey, that becomes his master. We can either choose sin, which leads to bondage and eventually death, or we can choose to obey God and His word thereby taking on His righteousness. Prior to our life in Christ, we were slaves of sin, but with a heart that has been quickened by His Spirit, He enables us to be transformed into the image of Christ.
And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:13-18
As I follow the persecuted church I find a spirit of liberty in the absence of freedoms. Many Christians lose their homes, businesses, all of their material possessions and in many instances are imprisoned as followers of Christ, yet this spirit of liberty thrives…. even unto death.
Listen to the words of a persecuted pastor that daily walks through the valley of the shadow of death, yet he fears no evil, for he understands that our Lord is with him…
“A shadow of a dog can’t bite you, and a shadow of death can’t kill you. You can kill us or put us in prison, but nothing bad can happen to us. We’re in Christ, and if we die, he will take us to his world.” -vom extreme devotion
This Isn’t in Our Imaginations
There was an ominous knock at the door at the home of an older Christian couple. Two policemen presented themselves on the doorstep. After an intimidating and invasive hour-long police interview, the Christians were warned they were very close to going to jail for seven years.
It all started when the couple noticed their community was displaying pro-homosexual materials for the general public. So the Christians decided that they would call their local elected official and ask if they could have equal treatment and set out some Christian literature, too.
They spoke to a member of the official’s staff. The couple was told “no,” they could not distribute Christian literature. Why? The community was committed to diversity and Christian materials might offend homosexuals.
But the Christians said that they found the homosexual material offensive. Just for expressing their offense on a private phone call to their elected official’s office, the staff member filed a police report accusing them of a hate crime. The police then came knocking and threatened to lock them up.
Apparently diversity and tolerance is a one way street, offending and intimidating Christians is perfectly lawful.
This is part of a larger pattern of intimidation against Christians in England where hate crime laws have been implemented. It’s coming to the US if we don’t act to stop the “Hate Crime Bill, S.909. This bill, S.909, lays the legal foundation for intimidating anyone who declares the biblical truth about homosexuality or Islam. We know this because in countries like England and Canada, where hate crime laws have been implemented, this is what happens.
Another British Christian, Andy Robertson, an open air preacher, was confronted and told by police officers after preaching an open-air massage. Someone had alleged that Robertson had attacked homosexuality as a sin which the police told him was a criminal offense. A recording of his message demonstrated that he had not said anything about homosexuality and whoever reported him was lying.
Is this what it’s going to come to in America? Are we going to have the police monitoring our speech to ensure that we have politically correct doctrine? In Canada, American Christian broadcasters are censored already from saying anything critical of Islam or a person’s sexual sin.
This is the kind of intimidation and censorship that we will all be subject to if we let the pending federal hate crime law S.909 pass in the US Senate. The Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings on the bill just last week. There is still time to oppose this bill while it goes through the Senate mark-up session. End of CADC article
Thanks to Dr. Cass and the CADC for keeping these issues in the forefront as the government would rather this take place with much less extravaganza.

When the Mind Is Turned over to an Anti-God Spirit
Nearly Two-Thirds of Teenagers Don’t Believe in God, According to a Study by Penguin Books.
The article was posted on Telegraph.co.uk about a study that was conducted consisting of 1,000 teenagers aged 13 to 18 and was managed by Penguin books to mark this week’s publication of controversial novel ‘Killing God’ by Kevin Brooks. Brooks’ book is about a 15-year-old girl who questions the existence of God.
Blurbs from the article-
Teenagers say family, friends, money, music and even reality television are more important than religion.
Woe unto the mind of one that sets it’s heart upon this world and makes it their god. For all that is in the world is the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life.
Brooks gives this reason for writing the book…
“Part of the reason that I wrote Killing God was that I wanted to explore the personal attitudes of young people today, especially those with troubled lives, towards organised religion and the traditional concept of God.
If Brooks thinks that these teens have ‘troubled lives’ now, consider the life to come without Christ. But then they don’t believe in life after death…
Only three out of 10 teenagers believe in an afterlife and 41 per cent believe that nothing happens to your body when you die, but one in 10 reckon they come back as an animal or another human being.
If they would hear the ‘rich man’ [Luke 16:19-31] they would be a lot less focused on the body post mortem, but rather give specific diligence to the soul.
A Church of England spokesman said: “Many teenagers aren’t sure what they believe at that stage of their lives, as is clear from the number who said they don’t know whether they believe in God.
Hanne Stinson, chief executive of The British Humanist Association, said: “It confirms that young people – like adults – do not need a religion to have positive values.
The problem with Mr. Stinson’s thought process, is that it only contends with the present. I have found that most people who do not believe in God only give credence to this life… it makes it a little more palatable having not to consider standing before Him one day.
“The ‘golden rule’, which is often claimed by religions as a religious value, is in reality a shared human value – shared by all the major religions and the non-religious and almost every culture – that predates all the major world religions.”
But this one supplants all religious values….
Except a man be born again!
“When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armor wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth. When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.” Luke 11:20-26
I doubt very seriously that a society can vividly imagine how wicked a God-less society can be and how gross His judgment can be on the same. If you are interested consider His Revelation… He gives ample details.
- 1] justifiable, as when the killing is performed in the exercise of a right or performance of a duty;
- 2] excusable, as when done, although not as duty or right, yet without culpable or criminal intent;
- 3] felonious, or involving what the law terms malice; the latter may be either manslaughter or murder.
For many it is hard to lay hold to this degree of commitment… that one would willingly lay down his life for the cause. For the Banzai or the Kamikaze it is this line of thinking that results in the individual dying as a shattered jewel instead of succumbing to dishonor, defeat and disgrace. For the radical Muslim and Hindu it is fueled by different reasons… it is blatant opposition to The Christ, Yeshua ha Mashiach. They can not attack Him so their anger and aggression is meeted out against His body…the true church… ‘a divine wind of destruction’.
For our Lord predicted that this wind would blow and warned His disciples not to be surprised when they felt its breeze….
“These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them.”
“Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake:”
Yet there is another spirit of commitment where the individual is not the instrument of destruction but the recipient of such. It is this spirit of commitment that is found in the believer of Christ…. not to be confused with the member of a church. There are many in America that are members of churches and may even be faithful in their attendance but do not possess such commitment. This type of commitment can only be fueled by a Divine Spirit and that the Spirit of God… except a man be born again.
Since the first of this year, there has been a vehement spirit of persecution that is waxing stronger against the body of Christ throughout all of India, but the center of the hot-bead is in the Orissa area.
The persecution is being wrought at the hands of radical Hindus that are forcing Christians to become Hindu or die. Numbers as high as 50,000 are homeless with 30,000 that have sought refuge in the forest to escape death. Churches and homes of Christians have been destroyed and all of this simply for professing the name of Christ.
Does it seem strange to any of the readers that this vicious opposition is being perpetrated by ‘religion’? It should not as it were the religious leaders of our Lord’s day that sought Him out in the Garden of Gethsemane.
This ‘religious wind of opposition’ that is blowing across India can be likened to that perpetrated by the radical Muslim homicide bomber of our day, for it is this same malicious and heinous attack not only against the innocent, but operates under the guise of religion. It really does not matter if it is at the hand of radical Islam or the Hindu, the killing of the Christian is “divine” in its nature.
This fact that this vehement wind is raging against The Christ and His body is a testimony to the day in which we we are living, and is a testimony that the greatest enemy of our Lord is still religion.
For the believer that has found him or herself in the crucible of persecution by this divine wind can also take strength in the fact, “that the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.”
As this wind blows harder it will be imperative that the believer wax stronger. Words that shall encourage us in this stead…
“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”
The Futility of Trying to Kill God
This is the special Easter edition of Time Magazine released on April 8th, 1966. The magazine put German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche’s statement on the cover in the form of a question:
“Is God Dead?”
“God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?”
German Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche- 1844-1900
The meaning of the phrase ‘God is dead’ is often misunderstood, and the “death” to which Nietzsche refers is often misconstrued to be a physical death….
The death of God is a way of saying that humans are no longer able to believe in any such cosmic order since they themselves no longer recognize it. The death of God will lead, Nietzsche says, not only to the rejection of a belief of cosmic or physical order but also to a rejection of absolute values themselves — to the rejection of belief in an objective and universal moral law, binding upon all individuals. In this manner, the loss of an absolute basis for morality leads to nihilism. This nihilism is what Nietzsche worked to find a solution for by re-evaluating the foundations of human values. This meant, to Nietzsche, looking for foundations that went deeper than Christian values. He would find a basis in the “will to power” that he described as “the essence of reality”. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_is_dead
The words of Nietzsche have truly proven to be prophetic across America some 100 years after his writing while echoing the fact that there is none righteous, no not one and that there is none that understands, none that seeks after God. In spiritual essence, the man basically desires to be his own god……..
The Word of God teaches us that man is spiritually bankrupt therefore immersed in moral corruption and debauchery. The things that we see that are coming to light all across the world bear out the truth of God’s Word….
“For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.”
What we are seeing in these latter days is a spirit that is so vehemently opposed to God and His word, that every ounce of spiritual might is being directed toward the suppression of God’s word so that the flesh can bask in its sinful desires. As the proverb states….
“Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.” Proverbs 8:11
In order for this progression (which is, in fact, a digression – apostasy from God) to come to fruition, Light must be supplanted with darkness, good subdued by the evil which results in a society that has become more wretched with each passing day. The only way for darkness to prevail is for light to be removed and that by divine intervention… God is light and in Him is no darkness at all and He commands light to shine out of darkness…. God is releasing the world to do the lust of it’s god.
In Gary DeMar’s article ‘Who Killed Jesus and Why it Matters’ makes the following statement.
The secularists have been successful in keeping Jesus and the message of the cross sequestered in the church sanctuary. They have driven Jesus from the school classroom, from government buildings, courtrooms, and public discourse. The gospel can be preached in the Christian ghetto but not in the public square where it is an “offense” (1 Pet. 2:8) and might disturb people who hold different religious opinions.
To fully understand what is happening, one must consider the question posed by Mr. DeMar… “Who Killed Jesus and Why it Matters?”
DeMar’s article considers the following liability:
- All of the human race for “all have sinned an comes short of God’s glory, but while we were yet sinners, Christ died for our sins”.
- The Jewish leaders when they said “His blood be on us and on our children” and reaffirmed by Christ own admission “therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.”
- Roman government as Pilate derided Christ with the question “knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee and have power to release thee?”
It sure sounds like it was in the power of Pilate, to kill God or release Him, yet Christ answered him… “Thou has no power at all against me except it was given from heaven…”
The student of the scriptures can not forget the words of our Lord to His disciple when He spoke concerning His life and death…
“Therefore doth my Father love me because I lay down my life that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down and take it again, this commandment have I received of my Father.” John 10:17-18
So what we can see from the events that transpired at our Lord’s crucifixion, it appears that the key players of humanity were involved in ‘killing God’ but from the Divine perspective, God offered His life, willingly. No man took it, He laid it down.
With this, I differ somewhat with Mr. DeMar’s point that the “secularist” are winning the battle against the gospel. I look at it from the perspective that the church is losing it! All power rest in the church, but she has become powerless, lukewarm and worldly, desiring to become like the world, that she might attract the world. Please consider this article by Pastor Bob Martin with Challenge Ministries. [The Slipping, Shifting, Side-stepping Church] This may be the reason we are seeing the demise of Christianity in America, which would only lead some to think that ‘God is Dead’. He is not dead… He is alive and man cannot kill Him.
This most recent Newsweek article…
The End of Christian America
… published 43 years after the Time’s article… Is God Dead?
The percentage of self-identified Christians has fallen 10 points in the past two decades. How that statistic explains who we are now—and what, as a nation, we are about to become. Newsweek.com
The Newsweek article closes with this statement…
Many conservative Christians believe they have lost the battles over issues such as abortion, school prayer and even same-sex marriage, and that the country has now entered a post-Christian phase. Christopher Hitchens —a friend and possibly the most charming provocateur you will ever meet—wrote a hugely popular atheist tract a few years ago, “God Is Not Great.” As an observant (if deeply flawed) Episcopalian, I disagree with many of Hitchens’s arguments—I do not think it is productive to dismiss religious belief as superstitious and wrong—but he is a man of rigorous intellectual honesty who, on a recent journey to Texas, reported hearing evangelical mutterings about the advent of a “post-Christian” America.
If one looks at it from a religious perspective, one might be deceived in to thinking that ‘God is Dead’. Foolish thinking not only is the fruit of one that does not believe in God… “the fool hath said in his heart, there is no God”, but often accompanies a shallow religious thought process.
For a foolish society that is thinking that they can ‘kill God’, let us consider what He told the religious leaders of His day that tried to stump Him concerning the resurrection…
“And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.” Luke 20:34-38
He is the True & Living God, The God of Life, not death and they that trust Him though they were dead, yet shall they live and those that are alive and trust Him shall never die… believest thou this?
Partial Obedience is Disobedience
“The golden rule for understanding in spiritual matters is not intellect, but obedience.” – Oswald Chambers
In the fifteenth chapter of 1 Samuel, God sent Samuel to King Saul and gave him instructions as to what he was to do concerning the children of Amalek.
“Now go and smite Amalek and utterly destroy all that they have and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.” 1 Samuel 15:3
Now I can probably assure you that not one of the readers can understand what God had commissioned Samuel to instruct Saul to do here, myself included. This is a hard saying who can understand it?
I have no trouble reasoning in my own mind, that it would have made sense to kill the valiant men, the men of war, but the women? the infant and suckling? Not even the ox, the sheep the camel or the ass got a bye. Everything with a beat in its heart and breath in its lung was to die.
We must admit that there are times when the word of God is not palatable to the flesh…. it cuts across the grain of human intellect. One can only surmise that…
“His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are not our ways”.
I have found in my witness that when an individual stumbles at the word of God, the only out, is to reason in their mind that God must not be real and if He is, His word is not to be taken literally. It seems to be the way we justify not “hearkening to the voice of the Lord.”
Case in point is Satan. When an individual discounts the validity of God’s word they look for any way out and often use this excuse….
“If God is good why would He create evil…. Satan?”
One might do well to consider… “The Lord hath made all things for Himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.” Proverbs 16:4
If you are considering the word of the Lord today my friend, you might well take heed to the exhortation of Oswald Chambers….
“Beware of reasoning about God’s Word – obey It.”
So what did Saul do with the word of God?
He gathered a formidable army and smote the Amalekites from Havilah until thou comest to Shur. He destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword but took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive and the people took of the best of the sheep and of the oxen, and of the fatlings and the lambs.
Now I think we can all agree that no one in his/her right mind would not hearken unto the voice of the Lord, without the fear of severe repercussion; just ask Jonah! So what could have possibly happened?
Pride must have reared its ugly head in the heart of King Saul for Samuel said to him… “when thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou made the head of the tribes of Israel”.
God knew what a fleshly king would do for the people when they would say “set a king over us like as all the nations that are about us”. That is why God instructed the king to do the following…..
“Also it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book, from the one before the priests, the Levites.
And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the LORD his God and be careful to observe all the words of this law and these statutes,
That his heart may not be lifted above his brethren, that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right hand or to the left, and that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children in the midst of Israel.” Deuteronomy 17:18-20
It appears King Saul had gotten to big for his britches, so to speak. Pride keeps us from being obedient to the word of God, and we must remember, it goeth before the fall. King Saul fell and fell hard.
It applies to leaders at any level, whether they be in the secular or the spiritual realm. A leader must guard against the same spirit of pride. It will destroy and individual, a people and a nation.
Now the people who took of the best of the sheep and of the oxen and of the fatlings and the lambs had some culpability here. Consider what Samuel told the people after the Lord had set Saul over Israel…
“Now therefore behold the king whom ye have chosen, and whom ye have desired! and, behold, the LORD hath set a king over you. If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God: But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers.” 1 Samuel 12:13-15
It was in the power of the people to regulate the king, but they did not do so. In fact they relished in his disobedience and took the best of the beast supposing to offer them as a sacrifice to the Lord at Gilgal. While the king was raping and pillaging the word of God the church went right on basking in their religion.
“Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold to obey is better than sacrifice and to hearken than the fat of the ram. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.” Source
Oh, what a word for America and the church in America. Malachi
Let Me Make This Abundantly Clear. (I Am Apolitical) While I Have a General Distaste for Politicians No Matter the Party They Belong To, I Am Unashamedly Politically a Bible Believing Conservative Christian. I Have a Severe Distrust of Government. I Believe It Is the Most Inefficient and Ineffective Way to Accomplish Most Things. While I Strongly Disagree with Liberals/Progressives and Conservative on Most Political Issues, and While I Believe Liberals/Progressives and Most Politicians Are Terribly Misguided and Naive About What Big Government Will Eventually Result In, I Strive to Not Question Their Motives. at the Same Time, While I Find Myself in Agreement with Conservative Politicians on Some Issues, I Do Not Believe Electing Republicans Is the Answer to Everything. for Me, Very Sadly, the Main Difference Between Republicans and Democrats Is How Quickly They Want to Drive the Car Towards the Cliff. Simply Put, I Do Not Believe the Government Is the Solution for Everything. I Do Not Place Any Faith, Trust, or Hope in Any Politicians to Fix What Is Wrong with the World. “Come Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20)
Our government has been overthrown. As evidenced by Trump’s capitulation on the border, his recent servitude to the GMO industry and his acquiescence to the warmongers, our President has been compromised. Our liberties are being eliminated one by one. Gun confiscation is next. The Constitution is gasping its last breaths. Our borders are destroyed and our culture has been turned upside down by every perversion known to man.
Education is useless without the bible (Daniel Webster)
Usually, the Lord doth no great thing for or against his people, without giving warning of it before it comes.
John Wesley who said that what we tolerate in our generation, will be embraced by the next. Wesley is 100% correct! We are living in sick times.
Evil Exists So Spiritual Warfare Becomes Necessary!
- Corinthians 4:8-11 New King James Version (NKJV)
- We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9. persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— 10. always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. 11. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
Satan has power over (LGBTQE-TRANS PEOPLE). The “sons of disobedience” referred to in Ephesians 2:2 are those who have not trusted Christ as Lord and Savior (cf. Acts 26:18; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 13:12). The demons are also under the rule of Satan (Matthew 12:24), and one of his titles is “prince of demons” (Matthew 9:34). Satan has a kingdom (Matthew 12:26) and a throne (Revelation 2:13). Satan is called a prince because he is a ruler and possesses the power to manifest evil in the world through influencing people and commanding demons.
HNewsWire- “All political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable.” Just look at some of our modern-day examples: torture is “enhanced interrogation techniques”; murder is “collateral damage”; the aggression initiation of war is a “pre-emptive strike”; the theft of taxpayers’ money is a “bailout”, and the theft of depositors’ money in a bank is a “haircut” or “bail-in”.In a blatant example of Newspeak, the New World Order controllers (through the psychiatric DSM V) have tried to rename pedophiles as “minor-attracted persons” and redefine pedophilia as “sexual orientation”. This makes no sense since sexual orientation has to do with gender, not age, with whether you are attracted to males or females, not how old they are. There are even organizations (like B4UAct.org) which are claiming that pedophiles are being unfairly stigmatized for their feelings!
If homosexuality has been posed as healthy, good and normal, in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, so can pedophilia. Pro-pedophilic articles are making their way into academia.

Unfortunately, not all alternative sources are reliable, even some Major Christian (and I use Christian loosely) news sources have been corrupted. They will NOT tell the truth. They just parrot the deceptive narratives perpetrated by those who currently control our government and media. Even those who are honestly trying to present the truth can miss it sometimes. There is so much deception out there. In these last days, you must be wise as serpents and gentle as lambs. It is no time to sleep or slumber. Diligence and vigilance are required. It is critical that you think for yourself and not be a Lemming.
